Stayed at the resort for 3N/4D, the review soon to be posted.,we tried the food forcibly out of the breakfast included whereas out of choice as there aren't many options around the place. I must say the food options are very less almost nil as far as vegetarians are concerned (it might be different for non veges). For everything we asked they had just two answers, it isn't there or will take hell lot of time for preparation so that you don't just order. Even after giving them the required time for preparation the food never tasted its original;sometimes bland while sometimes over spicy. Simple things like pastas and club sandwiches weren't of edible quality(and they still call themselves Quality Group) and don't just about about the prices.. Total no value for money. They claim to have a buffet for 700 plus taxes, comes around 820, but that's a total no no for the buffet spread which would not cross a mere 10-12 items. The breakfast was okayish with options of a couple of South Indian items , cereals, cut fruits, bread butter and a egg counter. The service is too slow, the serving people don't even remember the order and you have to remind them every now and then so that you don't go out hungry.Gopal, the asst manager would go around IOU just to see that your voice doesn't go unheard but will take care that he will try to fulfil only what's basic(poorest part being no curd available in peak season and no chana subzi even while the hotel is at 50 % occupancy) .Thats totally not acceptable from a Choice Hotel Group. Disappointment prevails and surely not recommended.
