“Not good”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2014 via mobile

After some amazing curries we were tempted by the promise of European fare, or even just something a bit different. We have just had the worst meal to date on our trip to India. The garlic bread was awful, the middle eastern selection unpleasant, and the tuna pizza was unable to bring the overall rating up to average. Sadly, no vibrant atmosphere or charismatic staff either. Sorry, but can't recommend it. Prices high too.

“Place was fine but nothing special”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2014

Food here is fine but nothing special. I think it was a bit overpriced probably because all the guide books recommend it. You could get similar or even better food at other places for a lower price. No wifi in the eating area...it is only in the lobby but difficult to acquire. Would really expect it to be more widespread. Service was average.

“Pleasant place for a simple lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2014

a sound choice if you're due for some continental cuisine. Otherwise, there are plenty of good Indian restaurants to be found. Prefer the top floor.

“Stylish and friendly”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2013

We started going here for the much-advertised wifi, but it never worked on my computer. Still, it's a cool and clean place to spend some quiet time. The restaurant menu offers welcome variety to Thekkady's restaurant scene if you want to have a day off Indian food, but unfortunately the portions are quite small and the food not as delicious as you'd expect for the price. Coffee, however, is the best in Thekkady. Very friendly staff.

“Good coffee, bad wifi”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2013

We went here to sit in the lobby and work at our laptops several times. Wifi was abysmal/non-existent, but coffee excellent. And when I got flu, their ginger-honey was the best thing in the world. Note that the wifi is not available in the restaurant.

Also, we ate several times in the actual restaurant. It was nice to get a different selection of foods for a change. Unfortunately Keralan pizzas never seem to taste good, I think it's the cheese. Falafel was great, but there was no sauce in the wrap. Could've been so much tastier.

Service was good.
