Cochin is a unique place full of character and history of the different people who once lived there
Of other countries.
This hotel is a medium type hotel but it's very well situated near the sea and the sights.
The rooms are very large and comfortable with AC which is needed here as it's extremely hot and humid. The bathrooms are also of a good size and function very well.
The staff is very helpful and friendly my friend was very suck and they called a doctor immediately
And though they were fully booked they let her stay in her room for a couple of days till she recovered. They have a restaurant out in the open air overlooking the sea so you can enjoy the delicious food they serve and watch the ships go by.
Make sure you put on mosquito repellant especially at night.
Enjoy Cochin and you will love this hotel. Namastejixxx

It was a great place to stay. So close to Fort Cochin and backwater. The rooms are well maintained and tidy. The Ayurvedic massage was really a great one. One of the best I have ever taken. The food service is good as well, except that they dont have rooms service for food. The access to backwater from the resort is truly a good one especially during the evenings. The resort although small is really maintained so well. Kudos to the management and the staff. The only thing I would suggest is the roof of the restuarant to be looked at. There were small white particles falling down from it. I would definitely visit this place again and recommend as well.

Room Tip: The rooms on the first floor are great.

Despite not having hot water for 4 days & NO water on one day, we had wonderful time here. It was very out of season so very quiet with lots of attention including complimentary massages! The breakfast was good but got better when the charming breakfast staff offered us a Keralean breakfast which was sooo good. The room was spacious & very clean & quiet , the grounds in top shape despite the monsoon. They have no licence so go down the road for an evening drink, wi-fi very strong in the reception area + daily paper to catch up on Indian affairs, agree price on arrival includes ALL taxes & that you can pay by card...booked for 2 days, stayed for7..'nuff said.

We stayed here our first night in Kerala. Nisha was so wonderful in online correspondence booking the room and continued the exceptional service as we checked in and throughout our stay. The room included a 20 minute free massage for feet or back which was very nice. The room had good AC, hot water, very nice complimentary soaps and shampoos, complentary tea and coffee and small biscuits. THe room overlooked the lovely garden that was well kept and tidy. The staff was very friendly and the morning breakfast that was included was very good. We did not eat dinner at the hotel and can not speak to its quality. The hotel is approximately less than 1 km from the hustle and bustle of the fishing nets and Princess St, but is a very easy walk on the sidewalks and a very cheap auto rickshaw trip (less than 20 rs.) Very nice accommodation for the price!

We arrived at the Kochi airport and caught the bus just in front and about an hour later, we were in Fort Cochin. The Fort House was a short (about 1K) walk from the bus stop and we were greeted with a very warm welcome. The room was spacious enough and clean. We enjoyed a complimentary 20 minute foot massage. Nisha provided excellent recommendations and arranged for a reasonably priced taxi the next morning when we left for Kumarakum. The hotel is close enough to the the center of Fort Cochin that we were able to walk back to see the fishing, do some wonderful shopping and have a nice dinner.

Just as good as it looks on the site photos (not always the case!) Plus a lovely kind welcome - Thanks Nisha! We were a group of 12, delayed a day (!), which must have been a bit of a headache but they reorganized everything and made our stay as easy and as relaxing as possible.
The on-site Ayurvedic massage centre is absolutely brilliant : heaven... Not to be missed...
The travel agency working from the hotel gave us our best driver in India yet - many thanks Ramu !

Room Tip: All the rooms are calm, simple and tastefully decorated.

Located just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Fort Kochi, walking through the gates of the Fort House is something that retains that special feeling every time you do it. The service is the hotel is first class and the rooms are well sized and comfortable. The restaurant is open all day and is located on a pier which overlooks passing boats in the bay, impressive either day or night.
