Very neat and clean place for folks on a budget. The family which runs the place is warm and welcoming. Breakfast is limited to options of eggs, toast, jam, butter, coffee/tea, porridge, corn flakes with hot or cold milk, however that was fine with us. It is a 5 min walk from Princess/Burgher Sts and walking distance from most sights around the Fort Cochin area. Hot water was available for 24 hours. Antony, the manager, helped to organize tickets for a back water cruise and taxis when we required it. Lunch or Dinner is not available, however there are lots of options around the area and should you wish to get food delivered, you can use the crockery from the kitchen and use the dining area. There is computer in the shared living room area, which folks can use. Double AC room costs Rs 1500 per day. All in all, a very nice convenient place to stay in Fort Cochin.
