Excellent! This is one of the best city hotels I've used. Beautiful green setting - one cannot imagine one is in the city when staying here.

The rooms are old, but the amenities make up for the age. The service is excellent.

The coffee shop is one of the best in a city hotel I've used, and makes a great breakfast experience.

Pity the rooms are slightly expensive, and hence my stay here is not so often!

The beautiful lawns and gardens of the West End make it a very restful and enjoyable place to stay, a bit of green in a big commercial city. The Thai food restaurant and bar are excellent and perfect for a romantic meal. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. A very unique and historical place to stay in the city.
