As usual, a great stay. Helpful staff, great rooms and brilliant service. Excellent breakfast buffet. For dinner, I usually prefer their Indian to western selection - dining by the pool is a lovely way to spend the evening.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for six days whilst on a business trip from Singapore. Truly a home away from home experience.
This hotel got everything right - from its fantastic location, overall appeal, room features, check-in/check-out experience, housekeeping, courtesy of the staff, prompt service to the overall stay experience.
Here's why I recommend this hotel hands down and why I look forward to staying here again when I visit Bangalore:
(1) Excellent location - extremely central/convenient and in a peaceful, posh and safe residential neighbourhood
(2) The hotel looks brand new and exuberates charm and character. It offers an intimate setting like that of a boutique hotel - great to see how this French hotel chain has adapted the local culture into its product and service offering
(3) Very efficient, professional and helpful team
(4) My room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable - not to miss the photographs of Hampi (home to a UNESCO world heritage site) in the rooms and floor corridors. The room had everything that a business or leisure traveler would need.
(5) The breakfast buffet spread was great. If I were to change two things on the buffet, I would perhaps replace the canned orange juice with fresh orange juice and surprisingly I didn't get the perfect croissant in the morning bakery selection (found them bread-like rather than soft, flaky from the center and flaky, crisp on top).

Came here on the business trip and stayed for two days. The check in was smooth, they dint give me an upgrade in spite of having a free upgrade voucher, so the disappointment started from here. The room allotted was huge and quite comfortable as well. The bathroom was neat. Overall no complaints on the room. The worst part of staying here was dining at the restaurant 12th Main. The staff is highly demotivated here. They are busy doing their own thing. For every little thing you have to call them, but hardly you find anyone there. A-la-carte was good. But the dinner buffet is a big let down. The spread is minimum for the price they charge and on top of it tasteless food. The soup was too spicy and other things too bland.The main course also was pathetic. The deserts which you expect to be good were also bad. No puddings, no cakes, ice-creams were not on display, you have to call for it, which i dint because i was already too irritated with the food. Had to call the waiter thrice for the water to be served. Highly disappointing. No live counters, you expect some if they are charging you around 900 bucks. Now comes the breakfast, that is also on the expensive side, the dosa was so thick that you cant digest, the juice had more of water and less of juice and same juices for both the days they dont even bother to change them. I asked for one more dosa and reluctantly he went to get it, can it get worse than this. To sum it up, this is the worst Accor Group hotel ive stayed at. The warmth of the staff is missing, they do things reluctantly, they dont go the extra mile to serve you which is always the case with other Accor Hotels. Maybe an aberration. Wouldnt stay here again, and wont even recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 weeks with 2 children (1 and 3 years-old) for 5 weeks, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We rented one of the studios. They are very spacious and comfortable. We could even find enough storage to tuck away our 8 suitcases. The studios include 2 bedrooms a kitchen and a living area.

The food was good and the service was fantastic. The staff really went out of they way to answer queries or help with any issues I had while there. Also, all the staff were very nice to our kids, playing with them and even sometimes picking them up when they wouldn't let us have a quiet dinner.

The only negative point for me was the fact that the hotels hot water system is not very efficient. One had to waste a lot of cold water down the drain before getting hot water in the morning, which isn't very eco-friendly.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to families and for long stays.

Nice spacious rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant.

Spend 3 nights, used the restaurant once and had a drink at the pool bar.

The restaurant features an outside dining area which is nice

The WiFi in the rooms are somewhat unstable

I have just sent six weeks at this hotel. I have found the stay very pleasant, the team from the front desk, kitchen, restaurant, administration and the general manager most accommodating and did their level best to meet and exceed my requests. I would recommend this hotel to any person who intends staying in Bangalore for any prolonged period.

The fantastic thing about this hotel is all the rooms are like a service apartment with a kitchen living room and bed room with a fantastic bathroom.
It's perfect for a family stay and ample moving space around in the apartment / room.
Located in center of the city and easily accessible.
Great food is the plus point for this hotel and a very courteous staff are there round the clock !!!
