Foods too Bad, Presidential Suite Stinks, Very Old interiors, Service very Poor, Dont get in lure of Free Snacks in the evening, Very poor Meals, Be ready to shell out Money after driving 14 hours, No welcome drink, Payments first !!
I have stayed here 3 nights, Fell in over the pics sent to me in the CD. But the staff is very Inhospitable, First time in history of my stays to be seen, Hot water has few hours of timing in this property. Most of fellow travelers went very unpleasant and unhappy. Practically No guest could eat food here, Except for the Lawns, Nothings good here. wasted my Money here for 3 nights. very Depressing Place, Very Dull, Staffs too rude, too slow, No ones here to listen, n you ll have to haggle every place to be served ! Over all, Travelers opt any other property but this one ! I checked in on 17th to 20th June. Many travelers went out very dissatisfied !

Its really very strange that you made all the complaints on Trip advisor only !!!!
None of these points were raised by you when you were staying in resort, yes you promise during checkout that you will put so bad reviews on Trip Advisor that people have to think more than twice before they opts for Solang Valley Resorts.
All this was done by you because you were charged for your maid eating all her meals in the Restaurant. Sir you were made very clearly during check in that if maid eats in Restaurant she will be charged as Buffet Rates only.You were given an option of using staff cafeteria for her , but despite of reminding you about the charges you were keen to having Restaurant meals for your maid.
You were charged for the same as per the standard industry norm for availing any extra services which is not part of you package.
During your check in I was personally standing at the lobby, I can remember that to make you comfortable your check in was not done on the lobby sofas and not on the Check in desk , subsequently welcome drink was served to you there only.
As per the management policy you were made understand about the Package amount, the advance you paid , the balance and the inclusions of your package during check in itself.
The fellow travelers you were talking about were all very comfortable and cheerful about their stay at Solang Valley Resorts, more then 95% recommendation on Trip Advisor cant be wrong.
Despite our undisputed correct stand, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to welcome you again at Solang Valley Resort .
