“goog location with great view- value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013

Hotel is located near mall road. Views are excellent. Service was very good. You will get value of your money. Food was good. Staff were co-operative and ready to serve. Overall cool place in budget category hotel.

Room Tip: if you want a good view, choose the delux rooms on 1st & 2nd floor.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 Night/4 days i.e from 18th Dec - 21st Dec. Room look great . They even provided room heater for us which helped to keep room warm through out the day. Hotel arranged sight seeing which turned to be budget friendly. The driver, chef, server and manager all are down to earth. Free Wi-Fi is a big advantage and it is much needed. after roaming whole day, we browsed online using their free Wi-Fi. The view from balcony is great . You can see snow capped mountain straight from the room .
Food is Top notch. Try Veg thali offered by the hotel , wow its delicious.
Keep up the good work. All the best.

Adding another point this hotel just near to the Manali bus stand . Best budget friendly hotel.

Room Tip: Food is great and go for super deluxe room.

I am amazed the see the rating on Tripadvisor. i booked this place, after reading lot of review on Tripadvisor. my expectation from this place was high too. We have to reshedule our stay in last min, the staff was good enogh to do this with out any additional cost (at the begining, but charge an additional half a day charge at the end of our stay stated the initial discussion, which was disappointing). The rooms are good, spacious and the view from balcony is "just amazing". Bathrooms are not very clean (no toilerites kept). WIth regard to the service, room service is very slow, most of the time you will be tried of calling reception or resturant, but nobody will pick up your call ( i end up walking down thrice during my stay to order tea and snacks). Food is not that great, i would advice you to step out and try some near by resturant, there are lot of resturants with in 10 mins walk. you have lot of when we walked around the place, we found there are much better places to stay in the same locality for lesser place. Over all, the place is not so worth the money we are paying.

This is a nice property for budget travelers. It was a bit difficult to locate initially. The rooms were small yet we'll maintained. Nothing to boast about views but you do get a mountain view if you climb the Staines to trace. Food is spicy and tasty. The staff are extremely cooperative

We arrived at this hotel at 5.30 in the morning. We managed to wake the staff, they were very helpful and got us into our room straight away.

We went for the budget room, I think they call it the economy room. The room had mould on the walls but was generally clean except the bathroom, the drainage smelt horrific and there was more mould.

If staying here I would recommend staying in a higher grade room. The staff are really friendly and happy to help and the location is good. Just a 5 minute walk to the Mall.

A bit disappointed with the hotel for below reason and does not live up to the rating at all.

1) Blackout . I experience power outage almost everyday during my 3 night stay there in Nov
2) Hot water. It took at least 5 min before the water get heated. But the water is only lukewarm and does not last long before it turn cold. I couldn't have a proper bath during my times there in Nov as the weather is so cold.
3) WIFI. There are free wifi access in the room but connection are so intermittent, I can barely have more than 3 min of continuous connection.
4) Cleanliness. Room are not that cleaned as well. Spot many long hair on my blanket and floors. I did not ask for any room services to clean it but it should be cleaned before I moved in. The amount of hair in the blanket and bed makes me feel uncomfortable.
5)Heater. Require additional cost which I feel shouldn't be the case. There's no hot water, can I get a refund ? And the heater is not hot due to the low voltage.

There are positive about the hotel though.
1) Friendliness. Very good services and friendly staff
2) Food. Food was good, and I like the finger chips and Napoletana Bruschetta

I understand that it is a budget hotel but I also stayed in budget hotel before with excellent amenities.
