Went here as part of a family celebration. We were approx 15 of us.
Ambience: Setting is rustic, pleasing etc.. They have tried to create a rustic kitchen and hence old wooden utensils on shelves, walls etc create that ambience. By no means, it's cheap or lacks in quality.
Food: Overall, we had a good time. Nothing to complaint about.
Amongst the starters, my favorite was Dahi ke Kebab: They just melt in your mouth. Paneer tikka wasn't bad as well. We asked them to make a veggie only platter and they did a good job with grilled broccoli, mushrooms, baby corn etc.
For Main Course: Dal Makhni was the best. Main reason being, it was made in Desi Ghee. It was simply finger licking.. Thanks to all the ghee in it.
Other dishes we tried were Paneer, Dum Aloo and Pindi Channa. My favourite amongst these was Pindi Channa. Not very heavy, not very oily. This was quite a dish.
Rotis got a bit late which resulted in dishes getting cold but I guess that's a problem with most of hotels these days. They either bring rotis with main course resulting in them getting cold or they spread them out so much that once again one has to eat cold rotis.
Anyways, we didn't mind because we were busy in our conversations.
Service wasn't bad otherwise. They kept the kebabs coming and the papads refilled.
Overall, we had a very good time. I wasn't expecting this to be honest because my experience at their All Day Dining was not very good but I am glad that they surprised us.
Through out the evening, the ghazal singer and his troupe kept us entertained by singing ghazals and old hindi movie songs. Very soothing and a good accompaniment to a lovely meal.
Will go again for sure.
