We were a group of 10 people who visited this place for drinks and dinner on a weekday. The place was quite crowded for a weekday and hence it is a good idea to get reservations done. The menu is elaborate and almost everything we had was great. Happy hours are until 8 pm, so make sure you make good use of that. Its one plus one on domestic alcohol and two plus one on imported alcohol and beers. And the good part is that you can place your bulk order for drinks at one go before 8 pm, and keep asking for them as and when required. So, basically they do not dump the entire lot on your table at one go unlike some other places I know of!!!
We enjoyed the Classic Margaritas (3 at the price of 2; happy hours) and Mojitos (1 plus 1) to begin with. The drink was served in a big beer mug and not the stereotypical margarita glass. So, I would say good value for the 500 odd bucks you pay for this drink. Though the rim of the glass had excessive salt which could have been avoided. Then we switched to good old beer which was served in ice chilled glasses - fantastic. The teetotalers had a few mocktails and bottomless beverages with free refills of fountain drinks.
Since we were a big group we could order a good variety of food. I would highly recommend Triple Dipper (3 different appetizers) and Country Fried Calamari for non veg folks. For veg, Texas Cheese Poppers are very good, though the portion is not as good as you get for others. If you like honey glazed stuff, you can try Crispy Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers.
There are some very good options in main course... the 2 recommendations from my side are Blackened Fish and New Orleans Jambalaya!!
Though they do not have too many options in Desserts, they all are good. We tried 3 out of 4 options available and each one was equally good. Loved the Cheesecake and Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie but nothing can beat Molten Chocolate Cake - a must have!!!
The place is little expensive but it is worth every penny especially of you are there for happy hours and order sensibly. The portions are very good, so make sure you ask the staff for recommendations and how much to order. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent; not slow at all.
