Give it a pass...There are many more guest houses in gurgaon that you can get for a cheaper/similar price

Stayed there almost for a month as a make shift arrangement. The hotel management simply would not accept my booking from Make my trip on the first day saying the rate is very low....The rooms are outdated...and worn out...BF is gross...Fridge never works, Cable TV set top box has to be changed daily as they do not charge any set top box for more than 2-3 days....Reception never answers the call and mostly hangs up the phone before you can finish your message....they say they will call back for everything but never do....Housekeeping staff and security guard are very good and so is the old gentleman at the reception...All in all .....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME STAYING HERE

Overall the value for money in respect of room quality was good..but the servicing was really poor.. I had to call 3 times to regularly remind them to send breakfast. Which they didn't send early.. the blanket was single in first night for 2 people. Beat that who does that n when I told them they said it's in another room n it's locked so Ull have to sleep like that only. There was no ironing service also.
But overall the value for money was really good...

I stayed in two different rooms on two days. So, mentioning aspects of both.

Pros:
1. Close to the metro station. Cycle rickshaws take Rs.15-20 per passenger to drop you. By the way, its located in a residential area, so nobody seems to know the place but call up the hotel and they will guide the driver.
2. Comfortable beds, working AC's, cleanish bathrooms.
3. Very cost-effective.

Cons:
1. The place is a homestay and NOT a hotel.
2. The room I got seemed to be not in use and thus a lot of things were missing!
3. There was no coffee/tea maker present as included in the package. In the second room it was there, but there is nothing else present: Tea/Coffee, milk, sugar, glasses, spoon, etc!
4. The water bottles provided are not new but they refill empty bisleri bottles and keep them in the rooms.
5. There was no hot water in the bathroom despite the unit being repaired once in front of us.
6. The window in the bathroom had not been completed and so there were a lot of mosquitos and flies coming in. Otherwise also, there are mosquitos in the rooms.
7. They do not have their own kitchen. So the food is ordered from outside which is cannot be rated anywhere above pathetic.
8. TV DTH connection had run out of balance and thus stopped working.
9. The breakfast included with the room was ok the first time: Aloo paratha, curd and tea/coffee but the second day same order was fulfilled with 4 tiny pieces of toast and tea/coffee.
10. Lift is broken and non-operational.
11. The mobile network converage for Reliance and Airtel was very patchy in both the rooms.

Room facilities as mentioned on MMT:
Minibar: No
Electronic Safe: No
Ironing Board: No
Bathroom Toiletries: Had to ask for them 4 times and then they put a towel, a smalll soap, and two sachets of Clinic plus shampoo in the bathroom at 11 PM.
DVD Player: No
Mineral Water: Open bottles. So can't say!
Snack Basket: No
Fruit Basket: No
Mini Refrigerator: Yes, but not plugged in.
Daily Newspaper: There are 3 newspapers delivered to the hotel. So, its your luck whether you manage it.
24-hr Room Service: Yes
Air Conditioning: Yes
Dining Table: No
WiFi Internet: Yes
Room Heater: No
Geyser in the Bathroom: wasnt working in one room.
Study Table: Yes
Living Room: No
Sofa Unit: No
Data Port: Didn't check.
24-hr Hot & Cold Water: No
Intercom: It was working in the first room. But if the staff tried to call in the second room, it used to ring in the neighbouring room!!!! So they sent a boy up everytime they needed to talk!
Direct dial phone: Didn't Check.
Satellite television: Yes, but the Airtel DTH they had, had run out of balance. They replaced it with a new box and that one also finished its balance at midnight! Moreover, the channel package they have subscribed to does not contain most watchable channels!
Bathtub: No

Conclusion:
Stay at this place only if you are desperate to save some money because there are a lot of very good hotels in the area much closer to the Metro station and other venues such as Kingdom of Dreams, etc. Most importantly, don't make the booking or any other sort of financial transaction with the Hotel staff. Pay through MakeMyTrip even if you decide to extend your stay coz you will be overcharged as they will not provide any written material. Finally, when you go to settle the bill, the charges will be way higher than what was stated to you. Speaking from experience.

Room Tip: Don't stay in the ground floor. Don't order anything from the hotel. Check the room proper...

Room Tip: Ask for a room on 1st floor, the view from the balcony is excellent.
