“Rural India”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2013

I have been going to this area for so long but honestly was not aware that this place existed though it is just near the entry point. The interiors and ambience has an earthy touch that I have never seen before and was almost mesmerized to see that something like that can be done inside a place. On entering the restaurant I felt as if I had been beamed to a village in rural India, move further in and you come across Theka, Well, Truck prop and so on… which was just awesome to see, The overall theme bears a very Village look, Menu is a mix of all the Indian food from across India and there is a nice dessert counter too. We were initially here just for the food but when entertainment started we became part of it. It was a wonderful experience so will visit again for the ambience, food and fun and everything.

“A pleasant outing with friends”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2013

I was here with a group of friends and trust me, its a place to go with a big group. Do not forget to take you camera as this place has good photography options and also provides some role play options like a convict and police, Auto driver etc etc. they also organized a Dandia and games. They have designed the place into various sub themes like aPrison, Shop and even a Tabela(Cow Shelter). Coming to the eating options, the spread is good. The starters like Pao Bhaji and Dhokla tasted good if not perfect. The best past was cycle wali chai. A man on cycle serving you the best tea you would have ever had. Its a buffet restaurant so no service as such, but looking at the courteous staff I can give them good points on service too. Ambiance, no questions asked, its a themed restaurant and the theme is very nicely depicted.

“Not a typical village experience but great food!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2012

For the price charged, it's good value for money. The different themes are a good touch to the ambience, but overall it has a Bollywood feel to it - not really a typical village setting you might expect. The food is excellent - a large variety, with the interactive counters making it a good experience! The desserts are great, with some of the best Gulab Jamuns, Jalebis & Imartis you can get! The Kalkatta "Fire" Paan made by the paan-waala is a something not to be missed!

“Nice experience.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2012

The food was okay. They had varieties, but not too tempting. The ambience, however, was good. A good experience to taste the village sitting.
