“Concept is Good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2012

The temple has been designed with keeping the original Vaishodevi Temple in mind. This is basically miniature of the main temple of Jammu. It is nice to visit this temple to get some basic idea of orginal temple.

“Misadventure of Replication”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2012

When this temple came up on the outskirt of Ahmedabad, it immediately invoked curiosity. Because of its name and effort to replicate the ambiance or setting of the original Vaishnodevi Temple. Sadly, it is a replication that can at best be termed a misadventure. However, the faith is such a strong trait of the people that an endless multitude of worshipers throng the temple. What has been made here is a mound of earth and stones so as to replicate the mountain (hill?) setting and the worshipers' queue has to scale it in a serpentine ascent. As the name has caught the fancy and the zeal of faithfuls have no end, the crowding and resultant chaos are but natural. In all, it is a purely a local temple devoid of touristic consideration.

“A good feel replica:)”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2012

Though easy to climb compare to the original,it does give a feel of the original. Its not difficult and 1/2 hr is enough to have a stroll around. The makers have achieved the task of making mata's darshan an easy task.
