We were 3 of us decided on a sunday for dinner. I happened to see on a local newspaper publication about the promotion of Mughlai Food Festival.
We went around 8 30 pm. We and one more family were the only occupants there.
We were greeted with a smile at the entry.
The steward brought welcome drinks which was part of the buffet. It was nice and refreshing. We were asked about starters and we told we will wait for one more person. But another steward cam and asked again if he can start the starter (POINTS LACK OF COORDINATION).
Once the starters started coming. First one was chicken - which tasted more like chilly chicken. then Panfried Lotus - again sweet and sour taste - which is chineese taste. Then there was paneer - again it was chineese based, finally mutton seekh came which tasted indian. For the first time in a mughlai food festival i tasted some indian dish.
Then Main buffet - I like the fish item which was cooked with spinach. We were offered Hot rumali rotis were offered. We were asked by senior staff member about the food and all.
As we dint mean to embrace we did not point out the spinach malai gravy on the buffet. which had double amount of salt in it. I couldnt ven taste more than 5 grams.
it wasnt worth the money for 450 AI
