“Adorable-chic-boutique resort.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2011

I know the pains of skimming through a long review so I am going to be concise,

This wasnt my first trip to goa, Ive been down here about four to five times (usually around new years) and have mostly preferred to stay at a five star property(such as the taj).
However, I preferred this setting to all my previous stays for the following reasons:

1.If you want the luxuries of a five star hotel, in a more intimate setting, this is the spot.
Also the hotels proximity to the beach (100 meters?) is something that meant a lot to me, as I usually hate long walks to the beach, or hotels that false advertise stating "beach front location" but really aren't on the beach at all.
2. The pool! The pool was larger than anyone would expect for a boutique property such as is. It was always empty/not crowded due to small number of rooms in the property.
3. They had a spa. Most small hotels on this strip don't have a spa. This usually isn't a big deal because goa does offer a variety of spas on most of it's popular strips, however they can sometimes be cheap/ trashy or sketch, and I enjoyed the convenience of having the spa right next to the rooms. Warning, do NOT picture a lavish marble paved spa. This ones more of a small cute wooden structure, with a mini steam sauna unit and two/three? Massage tables.
4. The beach. Since it isn't a typical resort beach, it's less of a zoo than places like Fort Aguada. It is still a lively beach, being one of the more popular strips in Goa, and thus has a bunch of cute shacks to hang out/drink/eat at.
5.The beds and bath tub. You're sleeping in a cloud. The mattress was nothing short of a four seasons mattress, and the tub was a deep sink. You could literally fit three of me one top of another.

Room Tip: Book in advance! Small property=fast to sell out!

I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at hundreds of hotels for various business and leisure trips, however, I can't say I have ever been greeted with such helpful, friendly and kind staff along with a great view, fantastic amenities and an incredible central location. My view was overlooking their 25 foot fresh water pool followed by their adorable "Sunny Side-Up" breakfast and lunch restaurant and then the absolutely GORGEOUS beach right beyond that. This hotel, after much researching, is the closest beach resort to the sea in Goa.

It sits so close to the sea you can feel the sea breeze come in as you wake up in the morning and as you slide out of bed and down to either the pool or the beach. The staff is up and about from sun-up to sun-down cleaning and accommodating ANY needs of the guests.

FYI - Their spa is unheard of.

Regarding the review below that bashes the resort, I have no words. It was truly enjoyable and was nothing but paradise for me and my family. The price was certainly reasonable for just the room and the amenities were just a plus. There are fantastic restaurants nearby and "The Lazy River Bar and Grill" just a few minutes away is incredible.

I went there in January and there were a few repairs to be made, so I told the front desk about them. They quickly went in that afternoon and replaced anything that was broken and apologized for the inconvenience.

Over all, an incredible trip made by an incredible hotel and incredible staff. Would recommend to any and all.

Room Tip: This place sells out quickly so call right away.

Its a quite boutique hotel with just 14 rooms on candolim beach. The location is superb as you can walk into candolim beach one of the busiest beach of north goa. The rooms are pretty and if you lucky you may get the pool facing rooms. They have their own shack and spa but not you can get better food and spa in candolim area. The staff is courteous but teh biggest attraction is the location of this hotel. Superb

I stayed with my boyfriend and 10 friends so we almost occupied all rooms in the property. It was very nice and comfortable stay. Bathroom was also clean. We got the largest room on the ground floor but there are very small rooms also so take care of that. Swimming pool is also nice and we enjoyed a lot in it. Restaurant serves good food and beach is very close so you can choose to go to the beach or stay at the pool and have fun. You can also order a drink from the cafe and have it by the pool. It was my first trip to Goa and I really enjoyed very much staying in 360!

For that price you can have a lot of better options in Goa. This is a terrible property. Extremely dirty with NO service at all. DONOT go by the pictures on the website.
