“Very dissapointed”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2012

This place cape Town cafe is such a dissapointment. beach shacks are way better and cleaner. When we went there there were only local men and the staff were busy beating up some customer. later it turns out the owner was jealous of the customer chatting up a woman he had his eyes on. so sad.

“TAKING OVER TITO's”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2012

2 of our friends from Goa itself had recommended this place to us for partying on a sat nite.
We were just walking down the Tito's lane after dinner & came across cape town cafe finally,
Paid about Rs.500 per couple & stag as entry fee, which din matter at all coz drinks here are dirt cheap when compared to Mumbai.
Dj usman really rocked this place on that nite... played awesome music (sat nite is best nite here)
Place is opened till 3 am but they needs to increase the a/c capacity.
Cape Town is really taking over Titos i would say as the crowd at titos & mambo looked really sad.
A MUST VISIT ON HAPPENING NITES (WED & SAT) : )

“We were disgusted”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

We went here in a group after a wedding reception and were disgusted on how the staff and owner treated women. The owner I believe called David grabbed on of our friends and when she shouted at him he said get out its his place he can do whatever he felt like. Then the bouncers showed of their muscles and forced us to leave leave. Not to our surprise we saw only guys in this place and even heard other locals complain about the rip off and rudeness. Sad. But dont let that put you off. There are many nice places that open in October in other areas of Goa.Its just this street is so sleezy.

“This baga road is terrible”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2012

Seems like all the bars here including Cape town are all involved in prostitution and drugs. Went there for a few minutes and left. Rude staff and dirty place. The sleezy indian hookers and the nigerians make the place yuk. Also the drink i orderes was 100% fake alcohol. there for left the drink and the place and refused to pay.
