My first time there I was in Alamogordo on business and at the suggestion of the clerk at the Marriott Hotel went to Memories with a business associate. When we got there the lady that greeted us said they were closing for the night ( this was 45 minutes before closing time, according to the sign on the door). I asked why so early and she asked us to wait and she would check with the owner. She came back and said they would be glad to have us as guest. The waiter who served us was just great. He had a super personality while still being professional at the same time. There was a young girl about 6 or 8 years old "helping" him and she was so nice and VERY polite. What I'm trying to say is that not only was the food delicious, but the people and service was GREAT also. This place is in an old converted house and everyone there really makes the guest feel right at home.
