This is a good find for sushi and teepanyaki lovers in Chandigarh. This restaurant is a part of Hotel Icon which also houses a nice Bar, a cakes and dessert corner by Nita Sukhija, and little kitty halls in the basement.
Location - Its almost hidden and is a little difficult to spot the first time but if you know its near Kaya Skin Clinic then it helps. Could have been better located though.
Ambience - Seating is nice and comfortable. They also have live grills around which the seating has been placed in a way that it doesn't get even a wee bit uncomfortable. In fact, its fun to watch the chef cook your food! The interiors are also well done - warm and inviting.
Staff and service - Good. The staff is courteous and helpful and the chef is pretty nice.
Food - Pretty great, especially the live grill. The cook prepared the food as per your instructions and the flavours come together right in front of your eyes. The whole experience is delightful. Sushi is quite nice too but I am not too fond of the Wasabi which seems like its a concentrate out of a tube.
Overall, good value for money!
