“Cleaner Indian beach !!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2014

Its usually difficult to find a clean beach with clean waters in India however RK beach is almost an exception. Water is cleaner the other beaches I have visited.
Good deal on the big shells that you use during the prayers in the temple.. Close to the kailashgiri

“Not a great place to take a dip”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 20, 2014

Okay as a beach, but not a great place to take a dip as it is full of rocks, but saying that, the rocks rising from the midst of the sea has a beauty of its own and you will enjoy sitting on one of them and enjoying the splashes of water on you.

Named after the Ramakrishna Mission closely situated, this beach draws thousands of tourists. One can see the famous Dolphin's Nose with the Lighthouse on one side. There are horse ride available on the beach. It is well illuminated in the evening. The aquarium on the other side of the road is a place worth visting. The Visakha museum is also at a walking distance. The now famous Submarine Museum also is house on this beach.
