Stayed 3 nights while visiting India School of Business (ISB a few minutes (drive) away. First impression of the hotel is that it's a very aesthetically pleasing with large pools, waterfalls, stone features, greenery throughout. Checkin and general service was also very friendly and eager to help. Location is very convenient to the newer parts of Hyderabad including ISB and the IT district.
Pool, which I didn't use, seems nice, but small. Next to the pool is the spa and fitness room. Fitness room was nicely stocked with 3 treadmills, 2 eliptical, 1 exercise bike, about 5 weight training machines and free weights. Towels and water also provided for free. Breakfast was standard with a good variety of hot dishes, make-to-order omlettes, pastries, fruits, etc.
A couple observations made me give 4 star instead of 5. The carpets in the hallway are getting warn out and warped. Not a big deal, but unsightly for an otherwise beautiful property. Beds are a bit hard, but that's just personal preference. Also, while service was generally good, room service didn't pick up my finished meal, twice. The first time, the tray remained for 24 hours and wasn't cleared until I ordered dinner the second night. The second time, the try was still there when I checked out. This despite the delivery person asking "when should I return for your tray" when delivering my meal both times and me responding "about an hour".
Overall, very good hotel in a good location (depending on what you're in town for) at a great price.
