When I visited 45 the first time, I was really impressed with the quality of food, the soothing ambiance and the good service. But that was when it was just redone after its shift from Rd. No.36 to 45. Over the last two years and occasional visits, I have observed the quality and ambiance gradually declining and reaching a point when I don't want to go there anymore. Given that they have a nice location tucked into a cozy corner in the beautiful Rd. No.45, they can still bounce back if they take care to redo the interiors, up the quality of food and bring some refreshing changes to the place. Looking forward to going back some day when things are improved. Till then, no thanks.
