Stayed here for a week. Very loud bad music all day around the pool playing until 11 pm. If your room is near the pool you are in trouble. Mostly Local egyptions use this hotel than forign guest. Food is the worst ever, little choice and you have to get in early or you will go without. Screaming kids in the dinner hall and food undercooked. Booked through teletext and it was a hole.

total nightmare! smell, dirt, rooms look and smell like shelter for refugees, they serve food as it was already digested, pillows and bed covers are black of dirt, stayed there for one night, slept in clothes and as a first thing in the morning moved to 4* hotel (extra charge of course)

As I saw hotel was advertised as new build hotel, but it's far away from that. Hotel is old somewhere around 15 years.
So the furniture, the pool and surrounding of the pool looks like it's there for several time.
We weren't satisfied with our room, because the door on the balcony was possible to open from outside, and that's not good when your room is on the ground flor.
We get the new room without any problems, the idea for the new room was from manager of the hotel, we just wanted they to fix the door.
The hotel has a little problem with cleanliness, but some of this problems are solved if u mention this to the stuff. This problems are usual in many hotels in Sharm, we get this information from our tourist guide, this is egyptian style he said.
Food was good, but this depends from person to person. I thing everybody could found something good to eat, if u are ready to try something new, or if u like everyday food like makaronis.
Hotel has his own beach, which is not something special as they said, so went to the beach called Reef Beach which is away 5 minutes with taxy it's very beautiful if you are interested in snorkeling.
I recommend this hotel to simple people, or people which don't have planes to stay all their vacations in the hotel, because there is nothing to do.

We booked a package trip to this hotel and where more or less aware that this would be a modest hotel but were still disappointed. The hotel and rooms are truly outdated..I would guess that nothing was done after it was build. Everything was worn. We had no hot water and drinks were served out of plastic cups (disposable very thin ones). Cannot recommend the food either dispite the friendly staff. We changed hotel at own charges to ensure a pleasant vacation.

  • Liked — view over the pool at night
  • Disliked — everything needs to be renovated and furniture renewed

OK, it's not a luxury hotel but for the price we did'nt expect nothing more. Room was clean, swiming pool outstanding, staff is brilliant. You wan't be staying in hotel for a lot's of time so it's nice place to stay. Food was good.

lthough someof the staff were friendly and willing to help, trying to obtain information and help was like banging your head agianst a brick wall. They only want to speak to you when selling something. The bedroom was dated and had cracked walls and bath. I dont think the sheets got changed in 2 weeks. The food was so awful, my boyfriend who eats for britain refused it. The best you could hope for was a boiled egg at breakfast. The 'private beach was a nasty gravelly area, with oily water on a lake, and the bus went once a day there at 2pm and came back at 4pm. If you go at the end of the year be warned the swimming pool is too cold to get in to and the sun goes in at 3pm. If you try and sleep on a sunlounger you will be woken up by someone trying to sell you a trip. The sun went down at 3 so for the 2nd hour you were sat in the shade whilst they cleared up the chairs around you. We eneded up having to get taxis to and from Naama bay each day to go to the beach, and then every part of the beach we tried to sit on we got moved on beacause they were privately owned. We actually titled the main street 'the Gauntlet' because you literally had to run head down to avoided being pulled in to shops and bars and wouldnt take no for an answer. Some of them were so in your face it was intimidating. Downnstairs in our hotel there is a 'nightclub' which was advertised as being free. We were welcomed in and then charged £25 before we left by the manager surrounded by his heavies. It was no way a nightclub, very seedy and more like a brothel.
We booked this hotel as it was a budget holiday, but its so worth spending more on a hotel near Naama bay, as all you do staying here is spend a fortune on taxis trying to escape the place, and not have the facilities of the beach and less pushy staff. If you go out at night theres also extra taxis to pay for.
The highlights of the holiday were all away from the hotel - the trip up to Cairo for the day is awesome, the snorkelling and marine life is fab, and its worth going to old town to try proper Egyptian food, not the commercial stuff in Naama bay Do on the quads across the desert and have a camel ride its loads of fun.. Just please avoid this hotel, and im sure you will have a great time. I have never wated to go home from a holiday before and I did here.
