Like seafood but not the expense, dont care about decor that much, like eating where the local do - then this is the place for you.

Its in Old Sharm market down the first alley like way, which I'm sure like us you could not find and had to pay someone to walk you 100yards to its entrance!

They dont have menus and everyone seemed to have a mixed fish platter which comes with a tehini dip starter, bread rice and salad - the day we went platter included a local white fish, king prawns, calamari and optional lobster. We went for grilled except for the calamari but you could have everything fried it you liked. The platter was huge more than enough for 4-5 really, the prawns where marinated in a delicous coating, the fish was melt in the mouth, calamari crisp and not oily only disappointment was the lobster which was too dry and sorry but a tad tasteless (if I went again I would skip it).

They did not mind us bringing along our own wine and there is a off licence conveniently a few doors along if you forgot. Other tables where doing the same.

I was surprised that it was cleaner than I'd imagined and the tables where cramped in but big enough to feel that you had elbow room. There where some outside tables in a closed off area but it was hot at night and inside they had great fans cooling us off.

Value was outstanding, well worth going out of your way for!
