Second time this year:5 of 5 stars
We stayed here previously on 8th August for two weeks. As soon as we arrived home we rebooked and we flew back out on the 8th December. They had done a lot of small jobs around the hotel that made life easier for my hubby in a wheelchair. The hardest thing was coming home on the 22nd December. We were met at the airport and as soon as we arrived at Falcon Hills we were HOME. Nothing was any bother and we had the same suite that we had in August.
The weather was a little cooler than in August but still a great deal better than in the UK. We met loads of new people this time and we are hoping that most of them we will meet again NEXT Christmas. We are just waiting now to rebook.
The staff were wonderful, from the cleaners to the pool man, to the waiters, chefs and restaurant managers. The desk staff were always bright and friendly. John from the dive school; well John, guess you know why you miss the UK weather... NOT. One thing I really must say is they have a new chef and the food was 100% better than August. WE LOVED the pie chicken and the desserts were to die for.
