there are no actual words to discribe how terrible this hotel is! it is simply the worse hotel in the world. have stayed there for 3 days where they put me in a room far away from my friends despite my reservation 2 weeks in advance.In that room the ac was very weak and it was realy hot , hot water came only in the evening and the shower didnt work. the reception guy managed to make my holiday even worse by hanging up on my while i was asking him to exchange my room. i went down and talked to the manager , he said he is very sory and will get me a new room in minutes , I never got my room even thought i kept coming to check every 1 hour or so . the last thing they did to us is that they acused us off blowing up a fire extinguisher . i told them they made a mistake and after many threats to me , they caled and said they were sorry and they cought the guy.the hotel food was absolutely horrible made of speghetti and burgers wich will cost me around 3 $ outside the hotel ,, rip off ,, if you are planning to ever stay in this hotel then PLEASE DONT !

I went to sharm in April 08, For my first time to sharm I had a fantastic time and could not fault the hotel at all. Hotel staff very friendly and always eager to help. There were no problems in getting a lounger around the pool area. I found the food was fine and was different every night. I have booked to go to the same hotel next year and pretty sure I will find the same again. Well worth the money!
