we chose a cheap hotel as we were going to be out diving all day but shocked at the high standard throughout victor in the restaurant excellent, pool bar great, conner alex, natalie & dodo animation team spot on. the only reason i didnt give the hotel an excellent is the barman in the lobby bar is a total ignorant, rude, waste of space

Room Tip: if you get a second story room you get a massive balcony (great)

We stayed here 23rd jan til 6th feb and we can say that we never wanted to leave. We were shown to our room 3090 and it was the biggest room ever!! From start to finish the staff were amazing and work very hard and always a smile and a hello/good evening! A special shout out to Mohamed the room number guy (restaurant) and the wee guy sorry never got your name always went out of his way to speak, Mohamed from the upstairs bar, once u got to know his ways he was a star, (moo moo) Mouhamed from the pool bar, made us feel like friends rather than guests. And not forgetting the animation team, what a great bunch of people, Do Do, Nataly, Samara( such a funny guy!), Connor and Alex, keep up the good work. Mohamed the pool guy who always greeted us with a smile and had the best sun beds for the 2 weeks. The food was good u never found yourself hungry thats for sure. The weather was amazing which helped. We met some great people while we were there and took home some happy memories, the hotel manager should be very proud of his hard working team. See you next year Gary and Shona xxxx

My wife and I spent a week at this hotel at the end of January. We were inspired by the professionalism of the entire hotel staff. The enthusiasm of the animation/entertainment team was never in doubt. Food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was varied and plentyful Reception area was comfortable and ideal for people watching. Book all your excursions at The Brothers office across the road from the hotel, and save yourself a pile of money. Never a problem with any staff member, they were all very accommodating. Regarding towels out by the pool in the morning,Germany,Russia,Egypt,Poland,Ukrane, etc forget it , no contest, the british were champions. HEALTH WARNING take earplugs to dampen out the head banging music. I asked if it was for the benefit of the tourists, management did'nt seem to know. We had a lovely spacious room at the back of hotel with balcony and garden views.Pool, reception and restaurant barmen, absolute stars. Without a doubt a value for money all inclusive experience..

Room Tip: Rooms at rear of the hotel were quieter, ours was 4040.

Had a great holiday at verginia sharm when we got to the hotel Ehab took us to are rooms with are suitcases very helpful and polite. Animation team Alex, Connor , Dodo, Natalie really hard working and fantastic at their jobs . Mahamid main bar good when it's not busy but walks off when it is . Mahamid pool bar really knows his job and knows your drink before you ask. Ahmed waiter in restaurant understood English and was able to help you when you needed it. Pool could do with a bit of heat as it's freezing , hotel not set up for people with walking difficulties and in wheelchairs as lots of steps .Adel the hotel manager should be proud of his team as they are all fantastic. Thanks fir a great holiday

Really helpful and friendly staff who are always willing to go the extra mile for the guests. The hotel itself is smartly turned out in all the public areas and the rooms are well maintained with a good level of cleanliness. There is always a good selection of food laid out at mealtimes and the chefs will always try to make something else if someone has a special request. The pool area is kept really smart and is well looked after by Mohammed , the pool bar and main lobby bar are competently run by the two excellent barmen. Special mention must go to the entertainment team of Conner, Alex, Dodo and Natalya who worked tirelessly throughout our stay. Ehab in reception was very helpful, room cleaner was very good and his towel sculptures were a nice touch. For anyone with children the staff are absolutely brilliant with them. In conclusion Adel the manager can be rightly proud of his team and we will definitely be returning to this hotel again.

Just returned from a week and have to say that i cannot fault the staff at this hotel, everyone gave excellent guest care from cleaner to management, we did have a slight issue with regards to having a glass of wine with our lunch but after speaking to Wassiem Faihed [sorry if i spelt it wrong] it was very quickly resolved. We loved the fact that he would often be seen in the dining area and would always acknowledge us with a smile and ask how we were, made us feel respected and valued guests. On arrival Islam [think that was the name, apologies if incorrect.] took our bags and showed us to our room, he made us feel very welcome and gave us all the information that we may or may not have needed during our stay, once more he made us feel valued individuals. The pool bar guy[macmood] know that spelt wrong but that how it sounds..:( was excellent he looked after us all week and made us laugh, love him :). Mohamed who allocated the daily towels quickly remembered our favourite daily sunning spot and if we did not arrive till late in the day always asked where we had been. We had two room cleaners, one would line up all items in the bathroom. Loved that. We did have a problem with mozzies but told reception and they immediately sprayed. Yes the hotel was a bit tired, lick of paint needed here and there but this in no way made any difference to our time spent here. Clean towels and bedding every day, and every member of staff that we met gave excellent guest care, Animation team Connor,Alex and Natali and Jojo? did a great job in entertaining us and made us feel welcome, soon came to know we did not want to partake but never ignored us when doing their rounds. Cheers guys and good luck. It was a pleasure to meet 'Bob' and did a good job on my feet. Thanks, and every day he spent time chatting to everyone, great guy. This hotel has a fantastic team, well done to you all guys and keep up the good work, Yes there is very little outside but easy to get to the beaches [hotel shuttle available] and taxi easy to get, we know you should haggle the price and if you have any worries regarding prices you could always ask Islam [?] or reception what prices to expect before you haggle. Would go back and would certainly recommend Verginia Sharm Resort to anyone. A huge Thank you to everyone, you made our holiday memorable. Well done :)
