Despite the somewhat isolated location on El Hadaba, it is an OK hotel. Il Mercato is just around the corner - 5 minutes by foot, and there are shuttle buses running to the hotel beach (tiny, crowded, no sand, no WC but great snorkling) and to Naama Bay. The staff is very friendly. The downsides are the hard beds, the unusable pillows and the poor variety in the all-inclusive buffet. But all-in-all I had a great vacation and would not mind going back. As for the pool music, it was loud at times, but my impression was they were well receptive to comments. I would not mind going back as it is good value for money.
