This is a very good hotel situated close ( 10mins walk) to beach and nightlife of Naama Bay. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Naama Bay over recent years and found this the best in this price bracket. It was very quiet, although sadly,so was the whole resort following the recent troubles. I recommend a room near the heated pool as its closest to the other hotel and local amenities, and we found the chalet style rooms very pleasant.

Beautiful beach, great central location for Naama Bay 5 min stroll into the centre. Staff were very polite and helpful, couldn't do enough for you . We will return again to this resort. Unforgettable stay, thank you Hilton.

Stayed here whilst looking at apartments for long term rental in the area. Staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for any of them.
Check In was fast and efficient and when I reported that the Safe in my room was not working it was fixed immediately ( just needed the battery replacing)
Room service was excellent and very prompt.
Cant comment on all of the restaurants as I just had breakfast at the hotel choosing to eat out in the evenings. Had lunch in the Pirates Bar a few times where the portions were huge and the food gorgeous.
Breakfast was buffet style with a huge choice of things to eat, chef was on hand to do fried or poached eggs and pancakes however you wanted them. Scrambled Egg was perfectly cooked and probably the best I have ever had !
Didnt use the pools at all even though they all looked very inviting as the beach is just a few seconds walk away and not crowded with sunbeds like some along the strip.
Animation team are visible and friendly but not in your face all of the time. They happily tell you what the days programme is and you are free to join in if you want to.
Pirates Bar was a favourite with me from previous visits to the Naama Bay area as it is open to all,not just hotel guests. Emad, Reda and Mohamed keep things running smoothly and are so genuinely friendly, its clear that they actually enjoy what they do. Congratulations Reda on the birth of your daughter, she is absolutely beautiful :-)
I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in wonderful surroundings with very friendly and efficient staff on hand to cater to your every whim.

Checking in was smooth, Mr Ahmed Fo'ad was very efficient and speedy.

The suite was calming, I loved the colors, pictures attached.

Everything was great in the sitting area, though little small but felt great :)
The terrace was overlooking a peaceful lovely garden, very relaxing indeed.
The bedroom was convenient, the bed was ok, the bathroom was fine.
The breakfast had plenty of choices, which were all amazing.
The pool was clean and big.

This was my second visit to the hotel.

Overall, a great comfortable place for those who are seeking quiet vacations, though very close to the "much happening" Na'ama Bay.

I had travelled to Egypt dispite the issues in Cairo and stayed at The Hilton Fayrouz Resort, the staff were extremely friendly, so polite and helpful, set in the perfect location with an amazing private beach. My partner was surprised with a bithday cake which added to my admiration of the place. Will definitely return and have already recommended to family and friends!

We would like to thanks all the staff..we were very happy of their big hospitality...they did a great job and we hope that next year we will visit this hotel again ...I visited fue HILTON before in 97 HILTON RESSORT of Hurgada & in 98 HILTON PLAZA in HURGADA as well ....but this year we visited HILTON EL FAYROUZ and my family and i we were very satisfy of all the services and we felt that we were in the PARADISE...really we did enjoyed...

Hilton Fayrouz is the only Hilton Resort that is not serving All Inclusive package , that's why this hotel is considered the best Hilton hotel serving food allover Sharm el SHeikh resorts whether in Breakfast or Dinner due to the high quality of food cooked by a specialized chefs . In addition to the other restaurants . Most of the front office staff are very decent in addition to the guest relation
