Just back from ten wonderful days in this hotel. Yes there are areas that are dated but this hotel is not claiming to be something it's not. The only negative comment I will give is about Pirates Bar, not the staff they were fantastic but the seat covers especially in the outside area are disgraceful, filthy dirty and need immediate replacing.
Apart from that I could find no faults at all. I had a minor problem in one of the restaurants which was dealt with very professionally, politely and promptlyby Ashraff the manager. ( I'll just say apple pie, long wait, he'll know who I am). Al Fresco restaurant was a particular favourite of ours, good food always freshhly cooked and served by friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was fine, plenty choice and something for everyone. We were more than happy with our room, 222, it was spacious with plenty wardrobe space, lovely patio area, quiet at night and serviced very well everyday by Ahmed.
The hotels private beach area was brilliant, plenty of comfortable sun beds with clean towels. The weather was perfect, mid twenties most days but cool in the evenings. Location is great, away from all the hassle of Naama Bay but 5 mins walk if you want it.
We've been to Naama Bay three times before but this was our first time to Hilton Fayroux. We would not even consider staying anywhere else now, this hotels best asset is the staff, absolutely nothing is a problem to them, they genuinely want to please.
