I stayed here for 2 weeks in October with my family. The hotel is beautiful and very clean with lovely views overlooking Tiran Island. There were plenty of pools but there is a problem with sunbeds as you dont get to have much sun as half way through the day the buildings shade over the pool areas. The best place would be the pool by the beach and stay on the side closest to the beach as you get the most sun there. The hotel is mainly a relaxing quiet hotel with nothing to do except snorkling and have stupid water polo twice a day which was a pain to be around.
The rooms were cleaned daily and we always had clean towels.
The food was absolutely fantastic every night. It was the best all inclusive I have stayed in, with different themes every night.
Most of the staff were fantastic and always made you laugh and feel very welcome. However some of the staff could be a bit cheeky asking me to come to Naama Bay with them or to meet them outside of the hotel. Most of them would be ok when I said no but one of the waitors in the restaurants acted like a child and ignored me for the rest of my holiday only asking my family if they wanted drinks and never me so I was usually without a drink until another waitor came along. He was supposed to be part of management in the hotel but still he acted like this with me!
Other than that all the staff were lovely especially Anton (bus driver) and Ali in the restaurant. absolutely lovely people.
The only other problem is the RUSSIANS!!! Oh dear god they have got to be the rudest, most arrogant people on this plantet. They treat the staff with no respect and treat them like dirt. My mum had numerous arguments with them there for pushing her out the way and pushing in at the bar. I take my hat off to the staff for putting up with these animals that we call Russians.
The spa was rubbish, my mum had treatments there and said that a child could give a better massage than the women in the spa. Not one person we met said the treatments were good so DO NOT GO THERE, it is a waste of money!!
Overall the holiday was lovely and is definately recommended for couples who want a quiet relaxing holiday.
