My only grumble for the 15 days away was the Spa, complete rip off! Asking where your from before charging extortionate prices and not even delivering what you pay for, Sasha is rude and obnoxious & just wants as much money as he can get out of you so watch out....Saying that I took my complaint straight to hotel management, I explained the situation and within 10 minutes was handed a full refund and a sincere apology.

All of the staff at this hotel go above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best, the rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping is excellent... Food was good, I even had mashed potato cooked especially for me which was the best I've ever tasted! Lots of variety and the daily soup was very good...if you have dietary needs they chefs are more than happy to make special for you as they say "With pleasure"..

The Entertainment each night was okay, could be more varied but still enjoyable to watch.
The Animation team are great although my husband & i found it difficult to understand what was being said over the loud speaker as her English wasn't very clear but saying that they all make a great team effort especially Mel & the cheeky lad who always wears the caps who tends to drag people up making sure they are all having fun.... They also arrange nights out, 1 of which my husband & I went to, LaDolcheVita which was fab, thanks Animation team for taking us there!

Would I go back, hell yes!! I can't name all of the people that made our holiday so special as I would be here all day...Each and every staff member from Management to Guest Liaison made our holiday wonderful...My husband had his Birthday here and nothing was too much trouble, he was presented with a beautiful chocolate birthday cake and everyone sang Happy birthday to him...
I had some favorites at this hotel but it would be unfair and too long to write each one down, you know who you are!
Truly a wonderful team at this hotel who's only aim is to ensure your holiday is the best!
I have to mention the bar staff, each and everyone of them are amazing, working so damn hard in the heat filling our glasses, always with a big smile, if medals were to be given you all deserve one.
Thank you to every staff member for making our holiday wonderful xxx

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at this beautiful Hotel. We had a few problems with the room when we arrived but Ibrahim sorted them out quickly and efficiently, He was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The food at the hotel was excellent and there was something for everyone. Elements Restaurant is worth a visit as is the new roof terrace restaurant. Early cocktails at the Zen Bar overlooking the sea is highly recommended.

The staff are amazing and special thanks to Aman at the slide pool, Aref at the slide pool bar, Nabil our cleaner, Islam and Said in the resaurnant, smiley Mohammed at the Zen and Elements bar, all the staff at the Your Bar who looked after us so well and brought our lunchtime and evening drinks very quickly! Moustafa at the terrace bar, Romany at the slide pool. That said all of the staff were amazing and looked after us well, the chefs in the restaurant were great too, just wish I could remember all their names! The paper guy at the slide pool was also great fun too.

I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough and two weeks was not long enough!

Great hotel, great service and wonderful food. We were worried about the beach area being too small but the photos don't do it justice, plenty of room and the sea was brilliant. Only gripe was the ghastly service from the travel agent Purple Holidays, they called us back and tried to wrestle more money from us before departure, the transfer never showed up and the baggage allowance was only 15kg not the promsed 20kg with Thomson so we were charged at the airport - highly unprofessional and customer service was non-existent, very rude and abrupt when we did get through to them. Apparently this is a company based in Athens, Greece not in the UK at all.....very worrying! Can't fault the hotel though and we will return again - through another travel provider!

Room Tip: Take a visit to Soho Square, very nice for the kids

Start with the negative - the food is Tiran Restaurant wasn't very good! Definitely not 5 star standard. We were there 11 nights and ate there for breakfast, had lunch by the pool most days and ate out 4 nights!!!!! Food too english - in fact, it was beef most nights - just in a different sauce. Hot food often cold. However, Michelle, the guest services rep, did make a note of this and hopefully there will be more local food.

Our sea view wasn't really a sea view and if I go back I would definitely book a deluxe room. I was definitely disappointed with the location of the room.

The room was fine - large bed - with lovely bedding. The picture on the wall had a mind of it's own - it led me to believe I was drunk most of the time - it definitely wasn't straight!!!!! Bathroom super, but you need to make sure you position the shower head correctly as the floor takes most of the water if it isn't. Lovely towels. Had a problem with the shower and the bidet, but it was fixed as soon as it was reported. Room cleaned to a high standard every day.

We sat by the aqua pool every day - in the same spot - Aref, the bar person, was super - he looked after us really really well. An unassuming guy, who works very very hard - a credit to the hotel.

Loved the Elements restaurant - we ate there 3 times. Mohammed (with the cheeky smile) was a delight - he looked after us very well also. The food was fabulous, especially the fried ice-cream. There was a guitarist in the restaurant on the last two nights we were there - he was great and it added to the relaxed atmostphere. A free meal at Elements should be offered in all inclusive - it would encourage more clients to visit - we didn't need any persuasion to go back.

We visited the Zen bar every day - after snorkelling and after dinner - Mustafa is a top man - a " geezer". Another extremely hard worker, he knew what everyone drank and you never had to ask for a refill - they came as one glass emptied. Loved every drink he made - and I don't drink at home. DIdn't care much for the tequilla shots - although at the age of 52 I did manage to hold my own with the young uns! Even enjoyed making my own cocktail until the watchful eye of Mustafa.

One small criticism - if clients are all inclusive I think a mini-bar should be also - there wasn't that much in it and given the drinks are all inclusive it wouldn't hurt to include even soft drinks in the mini bar.

We only left the complex to go to Soho Square - we went around 5.00 - it was too early, but as the evening progressed there was a better atmostphere. YOu get no hassle, but the shops don't put prices on the goods, so there is a little hassle!!!!! We had a lovely meal at Cafe Chino - it was about £18 for two of us - that included drinks. Would definitely recommend it - we sat and watched the world go by.

Would I stay in XSB again - yes, but would want to deluxe room for the sea view.

Just got back yesterday…well, early this morning and wanted to post the review straight away. This place is fantastic. It’s arranged as a series of blocks running from the sea to the main road, have a look on Google earth and you’ll see what I mean. We were in the second block on the ground floor facing onto the top pool with the slide – I’ve loaded a picture taken from our patio - Room 1101 and we couldn’t have been happier. Open the sliding door and it was about 15 steps to the sunbed around the pool. Younan who looks after the towels was fantastic and very friendly and saved our favourite sunbeds every day once he knew where we liked to sit. The top pool is popular with families as it has a water slide which is in constant use by the kids. Be aware there’s no life guard though so the older kids messing around on the slide may feel a bit intimidating if your kids are young although there were no problems that we saw. Also have to give a very special mention to Aref, the hardest working man in the place. He works at the pool bar and was running around all day in the heat, on his own most of the time, non-stop, with a smile on his face, remembered our drinks and brought them over without us even having to ask. It was little touches like that which made our holiday so special.
The rooms are great, very modern with a flat screen TV, nice shower – no bath in ours but I didn’t miss that personally – and the housekeeping staff make some great towel sculptures which are very nice to find when you come back to your room. There are plenty of pictures of the rooms and sculptures so I won’t add more. The food is great too – this place has an amazing pastry chef who produces a fantastic array of pastries every morning for breakfast and all the meals have a nice variety. A special mention for Said in the Tiran restaurant who once again, remembered what we liked to drink and brought it over without us even having to ask. He was fantastic, very friendly, funny and added a great touch to the holiday, as did Sarby (and Peter the accountant) in the Shisha lounge. Mohamed who runs the restaurant is also amazing, constantly on the go and leading by example. If a table needed clearing he cleared it, if you need drinks he sorted it and if you needed anything he was there, constantly running around making sure everything runs smoothly. Samuel and the guys in the hotel’s shops were also great…basically all the staff are very very friendly and you couldn’t ask for better service.
There are plenty of trips on offer by the rep we had who was associated to Thomas Cook, although that’s not who we booked with. We went to Cairo to see the pyramids, Sphinx etc. and it was expensive but well worth it. We also went diving with the Anar Dive club, and although James, their rep who comes round selling their trips can be a persistent pain in the backside, the trip itself was very good (Ali and Khalid the dive instructors were fantastic) although I’m told you can get cheaper dive trips if you shop around.
Last couple of things then, the Spa treatments are expensive and we felt a bit ripped off with them and if you can avoid it, don’t fly with Easyjet – 5 hours on one of their planes is absolutely painful!

Just came back from 2 weeks holiday in xperience hotel. The hotel and room was lovely and clean. We paid for all inclusive but didnt realise that does not mean all inclusive there. You have to pay for your drinks after 12 and if they have any shows on your drinks will not be all inclusive. There website states they have 3 or 4 different resturants but didnt realise that only one of them was included in the all inclusive. you have to pay for the others. The resturant that was included was a self service buffet and the hot was nearly always cold and to a very poor standard. I wouldnt say this hotel was one of the top 5star hotels. If they sorted out these problems it would be great but not at the moment.

Just returned from three glorious weeks at the Sea Breeze and what a fantastic time. the reviews are all true and my only problem is with all these great reviews is everyone will want to go and visit my hidden Red Sea gem. Nothing much to say that hasn't already been said about the amenities, food , location etc but I need to had my own personal thanks to all of the staff but especially Michelle, Moustafa (pool Bar) Mohammed Absalom and Mohammed (Restaurant Manager) apologies for not getting the spellings right,
After visiting Sharm on numerous occasions over the years we have got complacent over what to expect from the hotels imagine our surprise when the Sea Breeze Team are pulling out all the stops to make your holiday great.
I struggle to find anything that I would change or complain about but if I had to be put on a spot I would ask that they include the a la carte restaurant perhaps once a week as part of your all inclusive. We ate there and the service, food and the fact we were out on the jetty made the meal extra special and great value for money but making it all available to all guests even if just once or twice would encourage people to use that and the Zen bar a little more making the buffet restaurant a little less crowded.
Not much of a helpful review I know more of an opportunity to thank all the staff and management for their efforts...keep doing what your doing and i am certain that not only my husband and I will be return visitors but many of the other guests as well. See you Christmas.
