“Great Experience at Sea Breeze.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2011

We stayed at the Xperience Sea Breeze Resort for 7 nights 11-19th Oct. We were slightly wary as we wern't sure whether it would be finished due to it's new construction, but everything was fine. From the minute we left the airport the staff made us feel like royalty. We would definitely say that the excellent staff are what makes the hotel a gem in Sharm.
We stayed in a deluxe sea view room which was very comfortable and nicely furnished and clean. Thankyou Ayan who cleaned the room. His towel sculptures were very impressive, especially his crocodile. The views from the balcony over the sea to the island were stunning. We ate at the Elements al la carte restaurant once and the food was lovely. Mohammed who served was very friendly and informative about Egypt. We mainly ate at the Tiran restaurant where again the food was great and the service was excellent. The rice pudding was excellent. We mentioned that we enjoyed it and it was made especially for us for the next 2 nights until we left. Again all the staff in Tiran were very friendly and efficient. Mahmoud looked after us very well and never let your glass go dry. I would agree with a previous review regarding the overly loud music around the pool/beach area. We also asked for the music to be turned down and the annimation staff were not very accomadating. We ended up spending our time around the pool with the water slide. This was much better as it was quiter due to the lack of music. We also met Amir there who served behind the bar. Again he was very friendly and looked after us, always bringing us 2 bottles of water. Also look out for the large guy who offers to do your tatoo's. He has a great repository of jokes. The evening entertainment was pretty good regarding the live shows. When this finished it did go downhill a bit as it was handed over to the animation team who mainly wanted to entertain the Russian guests due to the animation team being the same nationality. Overall we really enjoyed our week at Sea Breeze Resort. This would have to be in large due to the excellent staff. We don't normally go overboard with reviews about the staff at hotels but on this occasion the staff and management deserve full credit for its success.

This hotel was really amazing, friendly staff, wonderful pool areas, clean and large rooms. Located directly at the beach with its own coral reef with nice snorlkeling. We stayed in the Deluxe room with seaview and kingsize bed and these rooms were really amazing with a stunning view and bubblebath in the bathroom. The beds vere extremley comfortable and you slept very well. The only thing I did'n like was the animation program because of the very loud disco music all over the beach and pool area for 4 hours daily. Some guests asked the animation staff to lower the music and they maybe did for maximum 10 minutes and then it was high again. This is the only thing that kept me from giving 5 as the total experience.

Me and my girlfriend was planning to take a last minute ticket to Egypt from Sweden. We found one and then we had the hard part left. To find a nice hotel that fulfilled all our demands which was to have a beach nearby, get a hotel with a luxury feeling and not to far from the airport. We looked at about 30 hotels and we fell for Xperience Sea Breeze Hotel because it was a 5-star hotel that was looking great at the pictures and seemed to be really luxury. But we didnt find any review about the hotel so we was worried that the pictures could fool us. We agreed that it was worth the risk and book it. And here we are the day after we landed in Sweden after a incredible week. I dont think that even in our dreams we thought that the hotel should have such a great standard and that the hotel staff would be so service-minded and caring about their guests. The whole hotel was very luxury designed but it stilled had a personal feeling, the room we had, Deluxe sea view room, was really nice with a fantastic sea view and great beds and also a jacuzzi which made the feeling even more pleasant. The pool area was great and the pool bar was good looking and the person that work there, Eissa, he was a fantastic member of their staff. Really service-minded and always had a big smile in his face. He gave us great drinks even though he didnt have the best "ingredients" to work with. Beach was good with great water and great snorkling with a lot of colorful fishes and corals. it also had a beach bar. The hotel had a great spa that we got a 2 hour treatment which was fantastic and pricey. The main resturant, Tiran, had a nice interior and also a great staff. Ali the manager of the resturant was very nice and always greeted us so we felt welcomed and asked how we were doing and if everything was ok. He also, with help from his great staff, gave us the best service me and my girlfriend ever has got in a Hotel. The food was varied and tastefully, which was the opposit we had heard about all inclusive hotels. They had a 2 week schedule with different national themes every day which also was nice. The only bad thing was that they didnt have an ATM, not so much to do in the nearby area but it was only about 10 minutes to Naama Bay with taxi, the russian event team was really bad in english and that the Hotel Gym wasnt for free. The overall impression was incredible. If you have the oppurtunity you should choose this Hotel.

Just returned from a wonderful week at the Xperience Sea Breeze. Party of 6 went away to celebrate a 50th Birthday, we were a little apprehensive before travelling as we'd taken a gamble and booked this hotel without there being any trip advisor feedback. We neednt have worried! Yes there were still bits that were being finished - the shops in the reception area not complete, rooms still being worked on around the hotel, but all in all the hotel is shaping up very nicely thank you. Reception - couldnt be more helpful, Michel will get it sorted!. Rooms -absolutely fantastic! Lovely sea views with jacuzi baths, lovely comfortable kingsize beds, egyptian linen - furniture and design is 5 star delux - paradise. Housekeeping brilliant and very efficient - and skilled with ther modelling of all sorts of animals from bath towels! Beach and pool area are just perfect, lots of loungers fresh towels everyday and a jetty that stretches out into the red sea over the coral and the fish. Restaurant and bars - again fantasic, meals were of excellent quality and very nicely presented. Shisha bar on the roof is delightful area to have a beer or smoke a shisha while watching the world over the rooftops. Throughout the hotel the design and decor are like something out of an interior design showhome. But its the staff that make this hotel: weve been to other hotels in north africa and egypt and enjoyed the warm and genuine hospitality but the staff at the sea breeze really are special - nothing, absolutely nothing is too much trouble - head chef Abauzeid asked us if there was any food we'd like and prepared steak and chips! On the evening of the 50th Birthday we enjoyed roast beef, the table was decorated with flowers and the staff paraded through the restaurant singing and presented a beautiful birthday cake. Down on the beach we were looked after by 2 absolute stars - Ahmd and Joseph.. both are so pleasant and hard working, a credit to their hotel. Mina, Ossama and co at Your Bar and Zen all were wonderful. Must also credit Tarek who was the organiser of the birthday treat and appeared everywhere throughout our stay checking that we were being looked after.
So all in all do you need to ask if we'd come back? We'd be there tomorrow!

We stayed at the Sea Breeze w/c 4th oct and were not disappointed, we were wary knowing the hotel had only just opened and apart from a few things not quite open i.e gym and spa everything was perfect. We were upgraded to a deluxe sea view room no.1809 fantastic views, jaccuzi bath, walk in shower and very comfy beds. The room and hotel were immaculate at all times (im a bit obsessed with cleanliness) . We have stayed in many 5star and this has to be one of the best, the staff were so friendly and will do anything to make your stay special, Eissa at the pool bar was a pleasure to chat to, always smiling and such a nice person, the reception staff were fantastic and the chef came over to ask our daughter of 14 if there was anything she wanted that wasn't on the menu he would cook it for her. The food was great (not a hint of egyptian tummy), we tried Elements al a carte one evening the price was so cheap and the food was excellent, a table on the terrace overlooking pool.

We went to Soho Square a few times in the evening i would highly recommend it, the fountain display is fantastic , free shows and no hassle. Every evening there is entertainment in the hotel which is of a good standard

If yo considering this hotel i would say "go for it" you will be making the right choice, we will return again to this hotel something we very rarely do. Well done to all staff at Xperience Sea Breeze you made our holiday, to sum it up "PERFECTION"

5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2011

We have just got back from this new hotel called Xperience Sea Breeze Resort in Sharks Bay. We stayed for 7 nights from 2nd to 9th October 2011. It was a choice between visiting Dubai or Egypt in celebration of our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We were taking a very big risk in selecting Xperience because this hotel has just opened. There are no write-ups within trip advisor.com so it’s a pleasure to be one of the first English guests to do so. We are very happy to report this hotel certainly lives up to its name. What an experience! I had to fight back tears of joy on my departure as the hotel management team and staff made our stay extra special. I’m not joking; that’s the truth.
There are many hotels in Egypt that rate themselves 5 stars but fall short of this rating. Xperience is certainly a 5 star hotel and the food is of incredible high standards. The head Chef Abauzeid should be on Master Chef. What a fabulous cook and such a nice caring guy. The hotel is a very high standard and deserves its 5 star rating. I could spend a whole day writing up our experience but I won’t. I prefer to get straight to the point.
The animation team has already delivered an excellent atmosphere you would expect from any long established hotel. We decided to stay within the hotel complex for the whole week and only ventured out on two evenings taking advantage of the hotels free shuttle bus to Naama Bay. The six swimming pools are exceptional and the view of the Red Sea is beautiful. The hotel has an awesome jetty where you can do some diving or snorkeling as and when you feel like it; right on your door step. The fish and reef are fantastic. God is GREAT. One of the swimming pools has a water slide that is so much fun. I felt like a child once again. Just GREAT for kids. I loved it.
This was our 4th time to Egypt ;three inside Sharm. This hotel was different to any I have ever stayed at. They have water Polo that gets all nations playing and talking together. I normally keep myself to myself but on this holiday that had changed. I’m back in England with contact details of other European hotel guest and staff.
The best thing about this hotel besides the pools, snorkeling restaurant, food, comfort etc, has to be the staff. They made you feel special and we were treated like king and a queen. Look for a bar man called Ahmd who works in the bar closest to the peer. He has to be one the best domino players in the World. He could serve drinks to guests and play domino at the same time. He beat me easily along with other European guest at the pool bar whilst working. Ahmd is very clever and at the same time very humble. Amazing guy!!!!! I have never had such an international experience like this anywhere in the World except at Xperience Resort. There was nothing outside of the hotel but you don’t need to venture out as the resort offers GREAT food, entertainment and comfort. Taxis are so cheap anyways; if you ever want a change of scenery. Don’t forget the daily FREE shuttle bus to Naama. Another great guy that comes to mind is Michel of reception. He made our overall stay one to remember. He sorted out our airport transfers when we heard nothing from our transfer company. He also introduced us to the hotel and accompanied us to our awesome sea front room.
The gym and kids club were still closed during our stay and we would love to come back when all the facilities are open shortly. There were no disruptions during our stay even though work was been done to complete the resort. So dont worry. You will love this place.
I would not recommend this hotel to any person having walking difficulties or wheel chair users because you have to walk up and down a slope and steps to get around. However; there is a shuttle bus is that is constantly available for people who don’t want to walk. This bus is constantly going up and down. GREAT service.
Also; the beach next door at Sultan gardens is private and you’re not permitted to walk on it. I suggest you reverse your ‘All Inclusive’ wrist band to prevent next door security from intercepting you.
Xperience Resort does not have a standard sandy beach as such but does have lots of sandy areas with the usual sun loungers and umbrellas with a stunning view of the Red Sea. We originally wanted a beach holiday before coming to this resort but did not miss it one bit because we felt like we were on a beach the way they have smartly designed the complex layout.
What’s so GREAT about Xperience when comparing it to its neighbor hotels is its peer with awesome coral reefs and selection of fish. Not forgetting the resorts six swimming pools with lots of sun loungers. This certainly makes this resort one we want to revisit. It’s all amazing. This year we have travelled to Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Cyprus, California and now Egypt. Xperience Resort stands out for me along with California.
Finally; would we recommend this hotel to anybody thinking about visiting Sharm? YES YES YES .
Hope to revisit this resort one day in the future. God Willing. Many thanks to all members at Xperience.

Lovely hotel in the lovely place. Still some construction, but everything is being done not so as you'd notice. Relatively compact territory, 9 blocks parallel to the beach one after other, the last of which is the Reception, two paths on either hand from the Reception to the beach. There are small buses taking people both ways, though it will take 5-7 min to walk from one end to another. Man can`t enter the sea from the beach because of corals, but there is a pierce giving access to the nice Red Sea waters (depth around 10 m). Rooms are fabulous, we have been accommodated in the newly constructed room with absolutely new furniture, bathroom fitment and everything. Personnel is exceptional, very polite, positive and helpful. Manager at the Reception Michel is the best manager I've seen. All requests have been met quickly and qualitatively. There is free wi-fi in the hotel with good coverage, but not very fast (about 50-70 Kb/s). Oh, and food. Food is excellent, very diverse and tasty. Chef is a real professional. If the above won't disappear after the opening period the hotel is going to be a good place for a peaceful couple and family rest.
Annoying things: mosquitoes and strong-smelling insect repellent sprays applied in the hotel gardens at certain times of the day. Health club and spa are still not operating, but are promised to be open soon.
