People what do you want??? I have been to this hotel for 14 days, and we almost paid nothing it was very cheap, very valuable, the service is very good, the staff is friendly, the food was ok, but for 14 days eating at the same place is not a smart thing, so we used to eat at least twice a week outside, the beach is around 20 min walking distance from the hotel, as well as naama bay (down town). dont beleive those bad reviews on the hotel, you will see untill you go by yourself, it is very nice andrelaxing, they have very active animation team, they will show show you everything.

The hotel convinced with its feelgood factor. There were around 240 rooms and that ment a well arranged and very personal area. The rooms were in the best condition and from the size absolutely enough. The cleanliness was especially to be highlighted as the staff really 'worked hard' for it's guests. The food was very good but there could sometimes be a bit more variation of the choice of dishes. The hotel was visited mostly by British.
The distance to the airport Sharm el Sheick was around 15 minutes. The area was located 15 min to the beach & town center of Sharm *(naama bay).
The friendliness of the staff was to be especially highlighted. The room boys were very friendly and you had the feeling every room got especially cared for. Also the cleaning of the pool and the whole hotel area (also the gardener) was done with the utmost care every day.
the food and the main dishes choiceis could be a bit more varied. The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness were the best.
The activity team tried very hard and offered, amongst other, belly dancing courses and the basics of the Arabic language. The beach and pool section were very good and the beach chairs and umbrellas of good quality.

I have read many reviews on trip advisor and always thought some people may be just having a moan. This is the first review I have written because I found the hotel disgusting

We arrived at 5pm and had to wait 20 minutes to be shown to our room. When we got to the room we could smell a terrible dirty of dirty drain pipes from the bathroom.

The bathroom was really dirty and the towels had brown marks on them.

The pool was really dirty with grime all over it and far too much chlorine in it. My girlfriends 12 and 21 year old sisters both got a rash from the high level of chlorine in the pool.

There were lizards and cockroach's surrounding our hotel door every evening.

There were only every 2 bar staff at the bar at any time so you allways have to que at the bar to be served by rude staff.

The alcohol was watered down and dated horrible and cheap.

After 11pm you have to pay for drinks even with the all inclusive.

The food was horrible really plain with very little choice. We lived of chips for a week because all of the other food was disgusting.

I would not even get in the jacuzzi it was that dirty and the gym was rubbish. There was no internet of wifi because the hotl had no paid its bill.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL YOU WILL GET ILL

We are always objective when we deal with guest complaints and I advise any guest to address his complaints directly to the tour guide or the hotel management if he experienced a problem because either we fulfill his requests or assist him to change the hotel if we can not satisfy him in house but there is logic behind staying all the accommodation period and then to moan about it….?

The hotel rooms always kept ready for check in starting from 15:00 hrs and the possibility of early check is there depending on availability but it could be that the guests waited till they were escorted to the rooms after receiving the welcome drink.

If there were any certain issues concerning the room for sure it was sorted once it was reported.

We follow the same international chlorine and PH measures used in any swimming pool but some guests are more sensitive than others , logically if there was something wrong with the chemical levels we would have received a hell of complaints.

We have a specialized pest control company to fight insects around the property but finding the insects around your room door every day with out entering inside its really un believable unless it’s a kind of magic.

If you have a 12 years girl friend I presume that you are not much older and you are not even allowed to drink alcoholic or to judge on our drinks quality but just for your information we deal with local brands alcoholic drinks which is different to what you used to drink back home.

I don’t know what is wrong that the all inclusive ends at 11:00 pm, do the guest expect that we should open 24 hours all inclusive……?

we arrived at this hotel two weeks ago just as the hotel was under new management, the first room we stayed in smelled strongly of sewage had cockroaches running around and strange noises in the air con which we found out later to be mice.the shower had no curtain and the water ran onto the floor and under the bath, construction work was all around the hotel in the hotel and all the surrounding complex work started at 6 in the morning and would continue till 8:30 at night.the food was so disgusting the chef was sacked and a new guy came in and was given 9days to prove himself the food never changed and was infact worse, the pool was full of floating skin or hair which they tried to clean everyday but to no avail also there was no filtering system so the water was always murky and warm, diarea was rife and also a lot of young children developed rash from using the pool, the aqua park was a complete sham the water was green one week then would turn yellow it also changed a lot of people's clothing's colour.hygine is non exisistent here, visit at your own peril be warned, it's dirty and under major construction worst hotel ever belive me!! just before i forget the place is also full of wild roaming cats that scream their heads off every morning when they fight each other, close your patio door the flea's ridden thing's will kipp on your bed otherwise..

Really I do not know from where the guest got those ideas that the hotel was under new management, the chef was given 9 days prove to work and the most strange one that the A/C noise because of mice playing inside….? and if any one wants to believe that its up to him.

All our swimming pools are treated with chemicals on daily basis and what is the guest is referring to is the effect of using the sun cream by the guests which some times floats in some areas of the swimming pool but then its sucked to the filters with the water but no way that a swimming pool like that could be operated with out filtration system.

Children has more sensitive skins than adults and they could have certain allergy to the swimming pool chemicals and when ever we have such cases we always assist through the in house doctor.

We do not have any construction around the property but what we have is building work in the neighbor side but it was never with any disturbance to our guests and if that is true not only we would not be overbooked from two months but for sure the travel agent would have notified the clients not book the hotel.

Some times we got visited by few cats from the Resident areas around the hotel and the clients do encourage them by giving them food and playing with them and even we got offended by the clients when ever we try to get them out the hotel and since the guests know that cats were always sacred worshipped by the Ancient Egyptians they like them around.

I have just got back from a week in Sharm. This hotel is disgusting. The food disgusting, the rooms disgusting the people that work there very rude. Its filthy, we stayed for 2 days and got moved to the Sharma Bride which was great.
The hotel is situated away from anywhere up a dirt track. The aqua park was not open, work on the hotel started at 7am which the banging woke you up. The only good thing is the pool. This hotel is more like a 2* hotel and should be closed down. Do not book at this hotel you will be very disappointed.

The first night we arrived I made a complained about the bathroom it was very smelly it was like a sewage coming from the hole on the floor it was disgusting made me sick and was very worried with my health and my children. The bath panel had a gap, no shower curtain, water was everywhere and goes under the bath. I have asked for transfer to another room but had showed me even worse room.

Cleaner no proper training for hygiene very worrying

The corridor of the hotel smell sewage I have to cover my nose.every time walked on it.

We will go back to sharm again but probably will stay at Hilton, Sheraton or Marriot hotel.

Travel Reps were very friendly the handsome guy Adel was very good organising trips well done! we enjoyed more on the trips than staying in the hotel.

We are sorry that our Resort didn’t meet the guest expectations and allow us to comment the following:-

1- If the first room bath room was smelly for some reason while the second room offered was not satisfactory, why didn’t the guest insist to see more rooms rather than to torture himself by staying in the same room all this period of stay or at least change the hotel to Sheraton or Hilton as wished if there is no other choice.

2- We use reclaimed water for irrigation around certain areas of the hotel but it was never of any disturbance to our guests and we did not receive any complaints
related this issue.

For sure if those issues was addressed to the hotel management we would have assisted the guest to make his stay satisfactory or even to assist him to change the hotel if it out of our hands.

Stayed in Panorama Naama Heights at last decade of June 2010 with two children-teenagers.

Territory of the hotel is very cosy, sculptures and decor are done with a big love and invention, creators seemed to enjoy doing it a lot. Staff is very friendly, tried to be helpful hard, clean everywhere. Water in the swimming pools was always fresh. Even in the aquapark, where a lot of people swim throughout days! Aquapark, by the way, for us was just the thing because corals bited the children at the first day of our staying there. And water slides are very interesting even for adults-look at the photoes!

Service in the restorant perfect. Our waiter was smiling all the time. :) Many deverse food, done and served with the same love. Very tasty interesting cakes-it's a tradition in Egypt. Each day we ate fruits, fish, a lot of vegetables. There were always enough of drinking water, we could take it in the restorant any time.

I can not say anything about animation, or night bars, or quality of strong drinks at the resort as I don't consume things like that. Though sometimes, passing by animation ground, we saw interesting egyptian dancing...People seemed to take good animation.
Should note that the music in the evenings was rather loud-I can not imagine how people who lived in the rooms facing swimming pool got their rest before 24.00-if they felt like sleeping, reading, etc...We were lacky to have a room facing the desert!... Probably, all these resorts (concerns not only Panorama) MUST foreseen just special rooms for those who want animation and discotheque at evenings. If it's done in the open air, many people (many old and too young among of them) can not get their rest :(

Sea is not as far as it seems from the first sight when you come there. Go out through the "back gate" and in 15 min - on foot - you are at the beach!

During our staying we had one unpleasant incident: the conditioner in our room broked down and we had to have someone fixed it. I left my key with the card, making things work in the room, to the hotel people, who were fixing the problem, and we were leaving for the beach as it was incredibly hot. It was my silly mistake: when we came back, we didn't find the key at the reception, where it was supposed to be any way...Finally, we managed to solve the problem, I even had not been charged (as it usually been done if someone looses a key and a card) for their (!) gilty and my mistake. But I lost some time and nervous waiting and talking to the staff...

This case though haven't spoiled our rest, I am very grateful to Panorama's staff for caring, their attitude towards me was attentive enough, they sincerely tried to fix the problem. Sometimes all systems give failure...

Good resort for normal money. Suites very much to families with children :)
