“Not a 5star hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2013

This has got to be the worst 5 star hotel ever it's more of 3 ... Having stayed at many 5star hotels such as Hilton and plaza I have lots to on pare with. Anyone who says this is 5 star hotel has never really stayed in one, the first night our hallway ceiling caved in! The paint was chipped everywhere. The bathroom was applying. All liveable and we had a good holiday but nt a 5 star hotel. The website says there's a steak house etc there is only a Chinese and Italian. There is no evening to watch belly dancers etc unless you pay £27 each for the Italian night which is ubbish. Don't be tricked into buying a bottle of wine as you have to pay ! Lays order by the glass it's free ..... I would never go there gain it is not what you pay for a all. Look around at other hotels.

We got to hotel in the afternoon, you were welcomed with a refreshing drink and checked in. We left our cases in reception and went to our room which was very large and had a sea view our cases followed very promptly. We were very pleased with the hotel and grounds and the staff were just so attentive we found if you gave the pool attendants a small tip then everyday of our stay we got a bed with towels on them ready and waiting for us,our only negative was too the spa staff who were a pain everyday they pestered you we just said no thanks and the shop keepers were the same. Unfortunately my husband became ill but the hotel drs were fantastic they even drove us too the hospital we were very looked after. Overall a lovely place we will return next year.

Room Tip: Ask for sea view as its beautiful.

I stayed here in April 2011 and although I was sceptical selecting this hotel having read the negative reviews, I was not to be disappointed. We had a beach view room, the food was 1st class and there was a whole range of selection of food for all. The staff were keen to help you at all times. The pool was brilliant and had a bar in the middle of the pool. The only downside to the holiday was although it was all inclusive, drinks were only served until 11pm.

Just returned from Savita hotel after a 10 day stay. My girlfriend and I came two years ago and the staff remembered us straight away. We got a sea view which we asked for. The bath paint was stripping off but a clean room. Our electric was dodgy but the electrician repaired it within 30mins and no problems after. The food was varied and im a fussy eater. I eventually got something I liked. The chicken is to watch after I found pink and blood. plenty of seating in the bars and staff always getting us new drinks. Outdoors is huge. Massive pool and grounds. Maintenance was ongoing as it was quiet. New towels, just need new beds and beanbags. My girlfriend used the spa and got a bargain on what she would in the UK. I got a massage and was well worth it. The guys running water sports were so helpful, especially Chris. We did diving, got multiple free attempts and discounts. The boat trip is also worth it. The two jettys are awsome for snorkeling. The Animation team were always doing stuff and if wasn't for Katie (only English member) we wouldn't have a clue what entertainment was happening as it was Russian or Italian based. We even ventured out to naama bay and nabq to hard rock cafe.
Overall don't expect to pay cheap and get waited on. Its a Russian based hotel, they're loud and annoying just let them rush around first then do what you need to. The hotel does need a little tlc in areas but its what's outside that's worth seeing!

I worried about all the bad reviews about this hotel before we went, shouldn't have, lovely hotel in super location, the Russians are as they are, just sit back and watch their antics at dining times, let them have their cattle stampede for food and then dine at your leisure, There is plenty of food for everyone. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. A lot of the staff went on strike while we were there as the hotel was taken over by new owners and no one told the staff, so couldn't blame them, it didn't affect the service we got. Would definitely use this hotel again.
