Myself and my Husband stayed here for our honeymoon. I didn't actually find out which hotel we were going to until we pulled up outside and i loved it straight away. The grounds are gorgeous, the reception area is immaculate and we were immediatly greeted by Mohammed the barman who brought us over non alcoholic cocktails and told us what time everything was on and where which was great. We were given our room keys by reception and told where our room was and off we went.
When we got to the room I couldn't fault it at all it was gorgeous very spacious and the showers are HUUUGE, we had a ground floor room which looked out on to the pool area which was great and it was easy to walk to all areas of the hotel.
The restaurant served delicious food whether you wanted to be adventourous or just wanted to stick to chips and pizza you could it was fab. Lunch at the pool bar was great too - the only thing i would say about that area was there was one member of staff at the pool bar who constantly looked at the womens boobs when he was serving them rather than their faces, i didn't like it and complained as did the other ladies that we had met whilst there and from then he decided he would ignore us when we went to the bar and if he did have to serve us it was only in child cups. But the manager stepped in and served us personally each time and the bar member concerned was sent to work in the kitchens for the next few months as a lesson - that made me feel better.
The slides are AWSOME i loved them, the beach is only a short walk through the sister hotel the Jaz Mirabel Beach and there is loads of sunbeds there for use of guests in the hotel. All in all i loved my stay here and within 1 day of getting back in the UK we - along with a couple we met out there who were also on their honeymoon- had booked to go back again the following year to spend our one ear anniversaries at the hotel. I cant wait to go back getting itchy feet looking at all these pictures again.

Oh yes just a note when you are getting a taxi outside the hotel ALWAYS barter you can always get it cheaper than they ask by at least half and never take the pay for a return thing they offer as you will never be able to find them for the return trip.

Our friends used the Spa and had a masaage I am told it is a must so I have put away money to have on when we go back on 26th March.

Spent 10 days here with extended family. On arrivel, we were directed to the restaurant for dinner while the rooms were allocated. Managed to get three together which was better than we'd hoped for.

Luggage delivered by golf cart, which was very efficient.

Loved the pool area, the pool bar and the water slides. All staff friendly despite one of the barman getting the hump over the way we ordered drinks. Waiters couldn't do enough and reception were efficient and friendly.

Wael, the Thomson rep, was superb and a good source of knowledge for the resort and Egypt as a whole. Used the shuttle bus into Naama Bay and it all worked very well. VIP boat trip was exactly as advertised and the local guide on that was superb.

As far as the beach was concerned, the sand flies were a pest, but the toilets connected to the beach bar put many other locations I've been to shame.

Minor gripe was that we couldn't use any of the other bars in the complex - something the Jaz management might like to think about for the future.

Would I go back? In a heartbeat.

Me and my boyfriend got back last week and we had the best time ever! Perfect for couples who just want to get away from it all. The food was lovely and the staff were amazing. And there are plenty of trips to take in the day thats if you can tear yourself away from the water slides in the hotel!but it was a fab holiday

We have just come back from the Jaz Mirabel Park and really thought the hotel was superb. Unfortunately our holiday was marred a bit because my boyfriend got a really bad cold on day 3 that he suffered for the rest of the holiday which meant he couldn’t do the snorkelling and diving he wanted to, I also got the inevitable sickness/ runs bug for a day. This doesn’t detract from the hotel though hopefully in my review.

The hotel is kept really clean, the Egyptian guys are cleaning the place all the time, mopping the floors, the tiling, the public areas. Your room is also cleaned daily to a good standard. Worth tipping your room cleaner as they work very hard and very long hours.

The hotel rooms surround big pool areas where there are ample sunbeds and plenty of shade from purpose built shades and from palm trees. There is a hut to collect your beach towels, and you can keep them for the whole of your holiday, return them after a few days or after each days sunbathing if you wish and get clean ones next time.

There is a pool bar where you can get drinks and snacks throughout the day.

The service in this area is excellent and again the guys – the pool guys, the lifeguards and the pool waiters work extremely hard and long hours in the sun each day.

You have about a 10 minute walk through the gardens of the Jaz Mirabel Beach to reach the beach, where again there are adequate sunbeds with shades, and a pool and beach bar available for your use.

You get the usual hospital style wristband to wear to cover your all-inclusive. If like me you don’t like wearing it for sunbathing, showering and sleeping, then ask them to put it on loose and they will! –so you can slip it off.

Our biggest criticism was reception. We were booked through Portland in a double room (extra cost), but on arrival after one false start as the key card wouldn’t work we found ourselves in a twin room. We rang reception to be told that we would have to stay put until 2pm the next day when they would see if they could reallocate our room for us! – a bit annoying but we went with this and got a room reallocated the next day. The electrics in this room wouldn’t work but we were assured these would come on shortly! – this didn’t happen and it took 2 hours before we had electric working in the room. The room was also a little shabbier, particularly in the bathroom, compared with the previous room, - the tap in the sink and on the shower were broken and leaked, but they did work! On our last morning our key card was disconnected by 11.15 and as we didn’t actually have to check out until 12.00 this was annoying, as we had to go to reception twice before it was reactivated. The staff at reception were not as friendly as other staff in the hotel.

The food in the restaurant was very good, plenty of choice and plenty of space to sit and enjoy your meals. If anything the waiters did clear your plates a little too quickly and on our first evening cleared the table completely when we had not left but gone for desserts! The pool bar was also good for snacks but not a great deal of choice, but adequate for lunch.

The entertainment in the hotel is not that good, we did not watch any of it, so cant really comment but the understanding is its quite low key and what is put on you should take with a pinch of salt.

Super hotel, would recommend, it’s a little out of Nabq Bay but if you want a quiet holiday within the resort its excellent. We travelled with Portland/Thomson and a special mention to Wael who was great – he helped with advice on the sickness bug, and also moved our VIP trip for us as my boyfriend couldn’t go! – excellent rep service and a really good guy

Just come back from the Jaz Mirabel Park in Sharm el Sheikh and we absolutely loved it! Me and my boyfriend stayed for a week and are derfinately going back. The hotel is fabulous, very clean, food was lovely and the waiters could not do enough for you! The beach was only a 5 minute walk away through the beach resort and had ample sunbeds. It is a long walk to the drop off point but worth it! We saw loads of fish. We had a walk to Nabq bay which took about 15 minutes, to get to Naama bay you can get a hotel taxi which will pick you up when you call them! We did a couplr of trips which were ace, the quad biking and the red sea cruise, would recommend. The staff even got a birthday cake for my boyfriends birthday! We loved everything about the hotel and will definately be returning.
