I don't care too much for Arabia Azur. The staff is lazy and not at all helpful. The place crawls with russians. The food is horrible, and gets you sick at least a few times (company of 7 and everyone was sick at least 3 times). The snorkeling at the house reef is nice, and there is a few good places to swim. The pool is warm and filled with screaming children. The neighboring hotel has a nice diving center with good priced day tours.

I spent 10 nights in this hotel. Arabia Azur is connected with hotel Bel Air, which is smaller(Arabia is better). In Arabia you have 2 lagoons, where you can go to the sea without shoes, because the entry is sandy. There is a mole with a restaurant in the end, showers, toilets and there you can enter to water, where you can sea really huge fishes...Around the sea are many sunbeds+umrellas, so there isnt problem with finding one. In the hotel is one big pool, with bar in both ends of pool. The services are very good, including the cleaning in the rooms. There you have bottle of water, cola etc. per person, tea and coffee. Also the meals are great, I think that everybody can choose, there are 4 restaurants(dinners are served around the pool), many bars, disco and café. The location is good for trips, it is 2 kilometres to Sakkala and 8 kilometres to airport. Near the hotel is aladin bazar, where are many souvenirs. Charge a fee for wifi.
My room was in ground floor and I like it more, because you can go straight to sea from your bed :) The hotel is not luxury, but it comply with your expectation about vacation in Egypt.

I went to Hurghada in July with my extended family and we had such a great time... The hotel was great, it had almost everything you would need! The rooms were really big and everything was comfortable. There were a few pools, and one of them was really big and contained salt-water. The food was great, we all had a great dining experience. They also have great service. My family was so pleased with the trip, JUST WONDERFUL! If you are going on a vacation to Egypt then you should definitely go to Arabia Azur Hotel. I guarantee you won't regret it.

Went on a one week all-inclusive trip and it was awesome in every way. Delicious food every day, all the time. Good service, great beach, great snorkeling. Room was cleaned every day and the staff was friendly whenever we needed help or information. I'm sure there are even more luxurious resorts in Hurghada, but hey you get what you pay for. I really can't see why people are complaining about anything on this resort.

My only complaint would be that the walls in the rooms are thin and the cleaning personnel were very loud early in the morning which was a little bit disturbing. Other than that, no complaints at all!
