First of all it was my first time to stay at Hilton Hurghada Plaza and it was really great hotel .
All the stuff are really helpful and friendly. At the beginning when we entered hurghada City we lost our way to the hotel and we decided to call the hotel to guide us and i called the hotel and i asked the operator to tell me how can i come to the hotel , he transferred the call to the limousine office and the man whom answered me from the limousine office he was very helpful and and he offered me to take his personal cellphone number in order to reach him easily in case we lost our way again.
Once we arrived to the hotel we made our check in very easy and in a few minutes which is never happened before with me in most of the Hilton hotels.During finishing the check in i found some one from the security talking to my friend once he entered the lobby and my friend he is a Police officer and inside his back bag his Personal weapon during this short conversation between my friend and the Security guy the Hotel Security Manager came and asked my friend to give him his personal weapon and he kept it inside his Private storage which is really safe and he will get it back once we cheeked out, the security Manager was very decent and friendly to him and he also finished this within a few minutes.
Finally we got our amazing room it was really nice one , the view from our room was amazing and it was meeting our expectations but we faced a problem after 15 minutes from staying in our room that we heard a lot of noise coming from the room next to us we realized that some babies are crying and we couldn't sleep because of this noise.
i went down to the reception and i told them that we need to change the room and the receptionist was very helpful and he change it on the spot.
Our stay was Pretty good but we do not like the food that much and the during the first 3 days we didn't see any one of the animation team and the hotel was almost empty but we decided to extend our stay for one more night because we enjoined the weather and the sea.
I went to the reception to ask them to extend our stay for 1 more night and i met at the reception Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud , this guy was very polite and helpful and i couldn't forget this guy because of his politeness and his help, he extended our stay for another night and when we faced some problems with the electricity in our room he was very helpful.
so far our stay was not bad i can give the hotel 9 out of 10 .
I would like to Thank all the Employees in the hotel starting from the house keeping, waiters , barman , all the reception team specially Mr.Mohamed Mahmoud and the Security Manager.
But here is only 1 concern for the Hotel upper Management, you have to take care from the Hilton reputation because i found most of the guests during my stay was very low level and you have to take handle this issue.
