Large, clean, comfy room overlooking pool and gardens. Gardens and pools emaculate as were all public areas. Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Beach was good although you had to walk out about half a mile to get the sea to your knees! Long jetty walk out to edge of reef where colourful fish swam in crystal clear water. Weather was warm and sunny ( November/ December). Got a lovely tan! Cooler on an evening - needed a cardigan on some evenings. Mosquitoes were a bit of a problem but we took tropical strength anti mozzie spray which seemed to work. Bought local room spray.
Food was bland but in good quantity. you will not go hungry! Lager O.K. as was red wine. Spirits awful. Take some duty free. Imported mixers available 24 hours at bars near reception. Coffee machines also at bars serving Nescafe. Fridge in room stocked daily with free water, Coke, Sprite and orange.
Other guests are mainly Russian ( I think!) They can be rude but try to avoid them and you will have a great time.
Can use sister hotel - Titanic Beach and Water Park- which is joined onto Palace by walkways both in hotel and outside in grounds.
Outside the hotel is a long shopping area selling all the same tourist souvenirs. You get hassled all the time and it is very dirty in the streets. Go to a fixed price shop if you dont want to barter. A long way out of Hurghada town. We took shuttle bus and struggled to fill time. Other guests said it was better to take a taxi to old town and marina

Room Tip: Titanic Palace is newer than Titanic Beach

A lovely grand hotel is the titanic palace, set in a spotless clean enviroment. Staff poilte, and work so hard. stayed in waterbungalow which was excellent. large tv with movie channels. Down fall being the mosquitos, had read reviews before going and took a large mozzie net to cover bed. thank god i did. they were everywhere. previous occupiers must of had the same problem due to them being squashed all over the walls. water park was brillant plenty to do. had alot of powercuts during stay, which closed water park for hours at a time. The drinks were ok, lager passable, wine just. spirits no chance. room was stocked daily with free coke, sprite, orange, water, all imported so was good. Booked quad biking twice with hotel which was excellent fun. the big downside to stay was the poor standard of food. tried every resturant which were all the same. CRAP!!!!!!! full of russians who were rude and igorant. Went to hard rock cafe in hurghada town, was brill. huge portions which were really cheap. all in all a nice break but just let down with the resurants. you can use the adjoining hotel the titanic beach, same as palace large comfortable areas for relaxation. Tried resturants in beach as well. all the same. CRAP!!!!

Room Tip: Upgrade to water bungalows. there Brillant.

The hotel ambiance is very pretty, clean and inviting. The staff were extremely friendly (especially our "adopted son") Mohammed Hamdi (I think). You could get drinks and food around the clock - with several relaxing lounges scattered about the hotel. We did upgrage to a swim up room which the girlfriend was very pleased with. We did have an issue with a "no" towel no show and really took much longer than it should have to be resolved. It is hard to criticise this hotel apart that is from the food!! The Russians who were about 80% strong probably liked it - but for the European palate it was very bland and not at all enjoyable. The hotel management need to take notice of this point because the four to five star appearance of the hotel gets a big knock in the wrong direction because of what is served up in the restaurants. If you have a young family then plenty for them do. Water slides, the beach and the sea depth is almost impossible to drown in most of the day. Do take sea shoes if you want to walk out the quarter of a mile or so to the blue water - not so much coral as different shaped stones that make it difficult to navigate.
As I said before the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Spoke to the manager on last day and although reception wanted to charge for a late check out he gave it to us gratis. So worth asking for the manager if reception want to charge. If the food had been better I would have rated this hotel at between a four and five star!

Room Tip: Try and get a room that faces the several pools dotted alll the way down to the beach.

Swim up pool bungalow was nice as were most staff, food was ok, Entertainment poor and spirits were so poor they did not even taste like vodka, gin whatever. Wine and beer just about acceptable.
Reception staff disinterested.
Most guests were polish who appeared to be able to digest the drinks with no issue.
30 Mins Taxi drive to Marina to Hard Rock to get a drink.
For the price i would say that unless things like the waterpark and you like an early night, i would save your money and book a smaller friendly hotel.

Room Tip: Bungalows, the dip pool is a good way to cool off at night.
