Have been a few times to this restaurant, although there is not much for a vegetarian like me, they did the most amazing mushroom risotto and of course a great ceaser salad. Would reccommend this place as all the food looks nice, the service is good, the place is nice and the staff are friendly

I travel to Hurghada every 3 months for almost 8 years. I've never seen this rating at trip advisor before, but it really shocked me :(((( I cound find The Heaven in top 10 restaurants of Hurghada !!! lol :)))) The Heaven is one of the best restaurants in Hurghada for food and service ever for 4 years I've been visiting it and.... it's on the 25th place from 66 restaurants - lol !!! after El Mina, after One in the city lol :))) something wrong in this rating... or guests who visited most of the restaurants of Hurghada did not eat anything better than potatoes :))))) the small mistakes could be everywhere... but The Heaven is no.1 where you must go to get your delicious food experience with good service. It's not fine dining of course, but the Heaven worth it to go.

We walked the length and breath of the marina in search of dining inspiration three times and then we settled for heaven because it did look the nicest , had a few tables booked and the menu looked fine.It was my birthday and they were very nice in bring me up a heaven birthday sign which did make a nice picture.Our friends ordered the 250gram argentinian fillet and i ordered the 450 gram locally sourced rib eye steak with a mixture of sides to share--Up came their 250 gram steaks and they looked delicious--mine then came up mime-twice the size but about a third of the width--by the time the waiter came up to ask if your meal was ok I was on my 3rd slice of grissle--of which i told him but anyway a ventured on thinking the rest looked ok and by the time I had finished I had about 15 % of the steak on the side of the plate--he came over to clear the table so I told him that was the worst supposed steak i have ever had the mis fortune to be served--he opologized and said the manager said its the difference between fillet so i said you had better send over the manager then.He came , i explained why he needing to see the grissle on the plate and why he needed to buy a new set of scales because that was no bigger than about 12 ounce--he then agreed and said he would stick off the bill--did i want another steak- i said too late now the evenings over and spoilt so he insisted on bring me out a huge slice of desserts with 4 forks and candles whilst they all sang happy birthday--end result he did strike the 120 egp dish off the bill which came to 500 so i gave a 50 egp tip as it wasn't the waiter that cooked the steak and the others 250gm looked excellent and they say it did taste so --so 100% for customer service after the event--to be honest i think you may struggle to find a better restaurant in the marina---tip if its says locally sourced it may pay to ask locally sourced what ??

8 of us went here for xmas day , only ones in there , most of us were disappointed with are meals, those of us that had the veg said it was cold , i had the calamari with sweat chilli sauce, i asked if it was battered they said no, good as i would not of chosen it , it came out battered. second time at this restaurant second time disappointed wont be going back. Far better food in hurghada for half the price.
