The suite was lovely and the guys who cleaned did a great job and we had a different towel model everyday. The pool area was also lovely but sadly that is where it all stopped. Calling where we ate a restaurant is a bit of a cheek. We had to queue for plates, cutlery and glasses. The food was the worst I have ever been offered either here or abroad and I have been going abroad since 1967. Lots of Europe, Thailand, Malaysia and U.S. Drinks were another sore point the only soft drinks on offer were Sprite and Cola they ran out of both of them almost everyday and when they did have them they were warm. Far from being AI if you wanted wine with lunch you had to buy it and they ran out of it at least four evenings by 19.40 as the restaurant opened at 18.30 this seemed ridiculous and again it was warm and mostly served in plastic cups as they kept running out of glasses. You also had to pay for cocktails and they only dealt in US dollars. Both my daughter (30yrs) and myself were ill from day 4 we have been back a week and we had to take my daughter to the hospital today as she was still being ill. I normally gain a few pounds on holiday but my daughter lost 7.1/2lbs and I lost 6lbs. I look forward to meeting people from other countries when I go away but we were the only three British people there everyone else was Russian so all the entertained was delivered by a very good entertainment team again they were Russian and none of them spoke English but at least the were friendly no one else was. I don't think there is a Russian for queue!!!
