We have just returned from 4 nights at Premier Le Reve after visiting here on our minimoon. We were due to visit Rome straight after our wedding on 9th February but after fracturing my tibia 4 weeks before hand I am still on crutches and not able to walk far. So as a last minute booking we decided to go to Egypt for a bit of sun and some chillout time.
We booked our stay with Expedia after a bit of research as we weren't able to book for 4 nights through Thomson. We soon found out after arriving at the hotel that very few people booked outside of Thomson and booking through Expedia was almost unheard of by the staff at the hotel.
We were able to arrange a free transfer with the hotel from the airport, because we didn't book the holiday as a package we simply emailed the hotel who took our flight details and arranged for collection at the airport. On arrival at the hotel the staff we immediately on hand to help us with our bags and take us to the executive lounge to begin check in.
Due to my fractured tibia, I am in a knee brace (non weight bearing) and crutches, we had forewarned the hotel that I would need a room close to amenities. Whilst my husband sorted out details at checkin he highlighted that not only was I in a knee brace and on crutches he also explained that we had also just got married. After laying it on quite thick we were given a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room.
From when we first arrived at the hotel to leaving for the airport on our last day the hotel bent over backwards to ensure that I had a comfortable stay and if I needed anything at all then I should let them know. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely courteous, in particular the pool bar staff who kept an eye on me whilst my husband went off for a wonder to explore the rest of the hotel. The operations manager also came and spoke to us everyday to make sure that we had everything we needed, which was a nice touch.
For an all inclusive hotel we were really impressed with the quality of food, the buffet had a great selection of food. We also visited the Chinese and italian a la carte restaurants. Not sure I'd consider the food a la carte but the setting was nice and the food was slightly better than the food at the buffet.
All in all a great stay in a lovely hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff.
