Amazing pool and sea view.
Warm staff and very cozy room with large balcony overseeing a beautiful sea and surrounding beaches.
Food needs more variety.
Hotel is clean and has a very nice design.
Had a wonderful vacation with my family.

The staff took in charge our whole family (three children aged b/w 5 and 8) right at the airport and the check-in at the hotel was really fast plus we got upgraded. The staff was really nice. I agree with the comment of Dana D, even if it was a 5* hotel, in Europe it would be a 3*. The food was a bit the same even though delicious. Too many Russians according to us. French Service not quite good. The beach was really nice and the children enjoyed the pool very very much, the mini dico every evening and the kiddi's club in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. I was surprised that there were not that many games, toys or even slides for them.
Overall our stay was nice and the staff is there to please you. I recommand it.

Hello, after the first incident when we arrived at the hotel and we did not get the rooms that have been reserved installed us in the other room which would then have to replace, but we have to transfer the menegerju achieve that we have to stay in these rooms, but otherwise, let me say that nice hotel and a nice place with a nice beach, beautiful pool complex, but it is a little annoying, since renovated hotel, with special thanks to the entire animation team take good care of guests to have fun, thanks to the waiter, who always smiling, in short, was is nice ....

Our familly were in this beautiful hotel in miidle of September. We arrived in hotel at 4 A.M. and there was no one except receptionist who gave us room keys and in 15 minutes were in our room wit GREAT sea view.

Hotel resort is not so big like some resorts so in few days you can almost know all staff and all team in this Palace is so great but the special thanks go to Animation team: Hamzi - opa opa opa pa, Christina, Nastya, Jimmy, Bazooka and DJ Rudy. Thank you all for great animation every day and every night. Our daughter Maja was so happy for every evening in Mini Disco and she allways called Hamzi Opa opa opa pa...."watapoolo" and he was the BEST!

In Sahl Hasheesh in old town is still 90 % of shops which still are not opened yet but if you want holidays for long walkings is this perfect place. I think i 5 years there will be new great place with many hotel resorts ( now there is about 5 of them ).

The beach is beautiful for snorkeling because there is some smaller coral reefs. The pools are nice especialy the big one where we were almoust all day. It has also swim up bar with al kinds of cocktails, cola, sprite, fanta, coffe,..

For all who need rest, nice pool, beautiful beach, THE BEST animation team, friendly staff - Go to Old Palace Resort beacuse Sahl Hashhesh is beautiful.
