“Heavenly food and wonderful owners. Must visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2013

My husband and I went there at the last day of our trip (too bad didn't go there earlier), and we were so excited because of the great reviews it has gotten here, and guess what? it didn't disappoint.
The place has a nice homely feeling to it and it is well decorated. We ordered the shrimp stuffed ravioli with ricotta and tomato sauce, lasagne, beef fillet with mushroom sauce, and the deserts were chocolate souffle and panna cotta. Oh my God, every bite of each of these dishes was full of flavor and runs so smoothly all over you palate. The ravioli was the best i have ever tasted. The owners themselves greeted us and made sure everything was perfect.
Prices are very reasonable, and portions are quite good. Will go there again and again and again, it is the best.

“Wonderful experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2013

Despite of being in the middle of downtown (not a best dining location) the whole experience was great, A friendly owner, great food quality (both ingredients and preparation) and the although seems to be under trained, the staff did their best to satisfy us among the other guests in the place. Thank you every one

“Zia Amelia”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2013

A great and authentic Italian restaurant owned and operated by long-time Egyptian resident from northern Italy. Started with complementary bruschetta and since the restaurant was over-crowded with several large parties arriving at the same time, the service took longer than normal, so the owner came out with extra complementary appetizers to greet his guests. Spaghetti carbonara was great and the sea bass in garlic and herbs was very tasty. Dessert was the best we have had in Gouna--try to the creme brulee or the homemade ice cream.

“A nice resturant in a pleasant surrounding.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2013

Tried this resturant twice on my recent visit. Service good and a good choice of menus, the food is of a good standard but although ths is classed as an Italian resturant the food is a little different from what you might expect from a genuine Italian establishment. That said we did enjoy both our meals there.
