The 90k ride from Sham was well worth it, the remoteness of the Dahab resort added to the experience. we couldn't have asked for better service from the hotel and the ability to snorkel straight off of the beach and see the variety of fish was brilliant.

My Wife & I have just spent two weeks at your Hotel. We found it very rundown, the pavement area"s and around the water features also on one part of the pool area where all broken and lifted. The lights where not good and we had a early morning trip and the outside area"s where dark. The three bars were not available to us without spending money although we had paid All Inclusive. The food in the main restaurant was well cooked but was very bland and almost the same every night. We also feel that it leaned more towards an Eastern palet more than a Weastern one. As this is not the first Hotel that we have stayed in in Egypt then we have other places to compair against. We are also not happy with the standard of the bathroom or the fitmentsof the windows( each we had to wedge shut during a windy night).and that we had to wait for a water leak before we got the Air- conditioning was fixed and had to ask twice before the door lock was looked at. And last but not least we were made to pay for use of the Internet . To Finnish we would like to say that we were very happy always with the Staff. But you do need to change your crocrey as too much of it has chips which are not nice to see when it's not yours. Your room paperwork needs updating as it says there is a shuttle Bus but the Hotel was not running it. So although we enjoyed the weather and wanted a relaxing time we still feel that the Hotel was not upto Hilton standards and we did not get great value for what we paid out. Hopefully someone will reveiw this and respone.

We stayed at the Hilton Dahab in September 2013 and had a great time at the resort. From day 1 we were suprised how friendly the staff of the hotel was. Our room was a bit old but completly ok for us, clean and had everything we needed incl. highspeed internet.
The pool and beach area was also very nice, clean and great to relax at. To our surprise the food in the hotel was excellent.
One little thing that could be improved was the exclusions to the all inclusive plan. There a limitations e.g. the ala card restaurants are not included in the AI program and cost extra and also the drinks if you go there are charged extra. We knew this in advance but would have liked this to be included.
Thank you for having us. We will hopefully return in Nov. this year and stay with you again. It was great being your guest!

Really everything was brilliant.
The very warm welcome. The hotel. My room. The beach. The guys in the diving centre. The meals. The staff. Of course the weather.
I felt like a princess. And. I'm sure, I will be back.

We have been to the Hiton Dahab twice now and still the feeling of returning is brilliant, the staff are great and the site is superb. There is only one small negative, the furniture is getting a bit dated but overall an excellent holiday complex. We will be back

We got a great deal on accommodation. Despite some of the negative reviews we booked as we wanted to be near the lagoon for windsurfing. We weren't able to reach the hotel the night we arrived due to the travel restrictions. I contacted the hotel prior to arrival to check if there was a problem with transfers from the airport but didn't receive much reassurance or sense. We were eventually offered a transfer and room at the Hilton in Sharm for a considerable fee so we decided to arrange that part of our travel independently as it worked out more economical - there was no mention of a refund for the missed nights accommodation. When we did arrive to the hotel we received a very warm welcome and excellent service. The resort is a little tired but our room was perfectly clean and functional. The breakfast buffet had everything we wanted and the proximity to the beach was perfect, other facilities such as swimming pool, tennis and bar were also good. We didn't pay for internet at the hotel but used the free wifi everywhere else we went. The prices in the hotel are inflated and there is a reasonably priced small shop around the corner past the Swiss Inn. The resort is a fairly long walk from the main centre and we found it easier to catch taxis which are constantly on hand. If you can get a good deal on accommodation I would recommend.

Firstly we had a bit of a hairy start to our trip as we were unaware of the curfew on travel for tourists, but after arriving to the hotel we were greeted so warmly, big smiles, a cold wet towel, a cocktail and a free room upgrade and all was forgotten:-) the hotel was lovely as were the staff. They were so helpful and accommodating, the tour company in the hotel were excellent and very reasonable. Abdul took us on a couple of quad biking trips and was a brilliant guide, couldn't have asked for more, it was like a home away from home. Sam from the tour company also deserves a mention! A birthday cake was dropped to our room which was a lovely touch. Only point would be the lack of choice for food but saying that it didn't affect our stay in any way, service was a little slow also but I think that's just Egyptian time for you:-) all in all a big thumbs up from the Irish:-)
