For this level of restaurant, the menu was very affordable - 4-piece nigiri was about $4-5 I believe, fish was fresh although very thinly sliced. Rice was sub-par and not sticky nor seasoned. Same rice affected the sushi rolls but fish and shrimp tempura were up to snuff. Fair pricing at $11-15 per roll which yielded 8 pieces each I think. We also had the black seafood pasta which was $15.60 and may be made from squid ink? A bit salty for our Californian taste, but something that may be good for others. Seafood and pasta al dente. Service was decent. Views of the ocean were great with outside seating. I think I noticed prices for drinks are hiked up just for the happy hour 2 for 1 deal. So it's not as much of a deal as someone may expect. ;)
