I was just here and had a great time. I came because I read the news and that review about the new management. Martin was very helpful to me and even got me a new cup of coffee. Also, the lady at the front desk, Diane, checked me in quickly and was always smiling.

I wanted to examine the facilities and rooms for our local church group and decide if the parishoners would like this place. My wife and I had a great time and also, the man, Drew - who is handling bus tours and folks on the phone has been quite helpful.

The restaurant is cute although small (I have to tell you it only seats about 40 or 50). It's for breakfast only right now. They are expanding that in January to open it up as a full sized bar and restaurant so that will be a huge plus by the time we get there again.

We had a great time. Wished they had an internet desk with computer/business center and also wished they had a workout center.

We checked in on a Saturday night at about 10:00PM. We threw our bags into the room and headed straight for the casinos. We got back at 3:30 and just wanted to get some sleep, but apprently that was too much to ask for! At about 5:00AM we were woken up to the sounds of howling wind. It was raining hard and the window had a crack in it so the wind was coming in and making a howling noise. We called the front desk and got no answer. We were going to go down there ourselves but it's in a separate building and it was POURING out so we didn't want to get wet. We finally fell back asleep at like 8:00 and when I woke up at 10:00 and stepped out of bed I stepped right into a puddle! The rain somehow got through the AC and flooded the room! We spoke to the front desk and they told us we needed to speak to the manager who, of course, was not there. We later got in contact with him and he offered us 50% off our next stay. When we e-mailed him to make another reservation (you can't beat $30 for Christmas--and we intended to be out all night and only use the room to shower and eat before heading back home) he never responded. We called the hotel and he never seemed to be in! All in all this is a HORRIBLE hotel! Spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else!

I thought the name would be an indication of the quality. WRONG! Holes in the paper thin walls. Filthy and buggy. We stayed three nights and never used the bathtub because of the filthy. The pool was dirty. No service. The attached restaurant was even worse. We took one look and ate at McDonald's!

I was quoted a rate of 45.99 per night. When i checked out I was charged 59.99. I told the clerk it was wrong and her response was I needed to talk to the manger Sandy. The clerk said she could not change the rate. she also said sandy would not be back until one week. When I called sandy she said she was not the manager and there was not one at that site. She also said she could not change the rates if it had been more than 3 days. please note I was told by the original clerk to call back 7 days later. I then called the corporate customer service to file a complaint and they said they couldn't. I stay at this Ramada Limited quite often and direct other corporate people to this Ramada Limited. I will never stay at one again, nor will I direct others to stay here.
