For some strange reason i was so desperte for a good deal and did not want to pay 400 dollars to stay in a casino that i decided to (against my better judgement) stay in this hotel. I am ashamed to say that i even booked a room at this trashy disgusting place. You actually couldnt pay me to step foot near this place again. When i stayed, the power was out in AC due to a storm so not only was the room filthy, but it was hot because it was a 96 degree day. The heat brought up a whole new world of smells coming from that hotel room. the rug was ripped everywhere, the sheets looked like they were ever washed and the comforter looked like it was from 1970, literally probably not changed since then. the filth on the windows and in the doorways was enough to make me want to run. i cant imagine how anyone could ever stay here and say it was decent. this is in the middle of a not so good neighborhood and it was very loud and roudy. there was a stripper in a hot pink dress standing out side of our room, which tells you how classy it could possibly be. yes, obviously you cant expect the RITZ carlton when booking here, but a humble beach hotel would have been nice. NOPE< this was gross, disgusting and sleeping on the streets probably would have been a better choice. i refused to stay here, even after paying that we ended up just staying in the tropicana and paying the money. I already called "choice hotels" to file a complaint. gross, stay far away if you can.

We'd like to apologize for your experience you've had with us. We'd like for you to consider this an isolated incident. Due to the severe weather we experienced few days prior leading to a region wide black out, we were not able to go into certain rooms to fix certain maintenance related issues. We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention as we strive to give our guests the best possible experience.
