“Enjoyable stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 12, 2013

We just spent 3 nights/4 days at Caesars AC on a bus trip and we were quite pleased with both the hotel as well as the bus trip. We had read several reviews before booking and some of them were quite the negative. However, we fournd the stay to be quite an enjoyable one with only one minor disappointment. That being that the hotel's pool had closed after Labor Day so we were not able to enjoy that feature. We were given our room key and amenities upon arrival but unfortunalely, our room was not ready when we arrived to the room.. We had assumed it would be ready since we had received the key but we did give the maid a small tip and she cleaned it immediately before she did the other others. Our room was quite roomy with 2 beds and a flat screen TV. The bathroom was on the small size with little sink room but it was still very clean and had all the amenities you would expect in a hotel bath. We did find that eating in AC is not always the most reasonable but with hotel coupons, we did have some very plentiful meals at Casa Roma in Caesars and did find a McDonalds's across from the Tanger Outlets as well as other reasonable restaurants away from the hotel.. Wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking to be had both on the boardwalk as well as to the Outlets and restaurants. The waitresses do come around while you are in the casino gambling and offer free drinks. It isn't Vegas but for a short getaway, we would highly recommend it.

Room Tip: Corner rooms are a bit larger than the regular ones but all the rooms are quite roomy and comfortabl...

My wife, teenage son and I recently traveled to AC for the first time and thought we'd spoil ourselves with a stay at Caesars Palace !

We booked a Premium room with two double beds and found it was very impressive ! The room had plenty of space, great bathroom (check out the tv built into the mirror!) good storage space and very comfortable beds and it was very clean.

All of the hotel staff were helpful and eager to please and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

1 minor 'negative comment' - the line for check in - surely they could get more staff on the check in desks !

I even managed to make a few dollars in the casino - special thanks have to go to Matthew the friendliest and funniest dealer I have ever come across !

Hope to be back sometime soon.

Excellent check in, Jennifer mcillhenny was amazing. Professional and accommodating.
The room was beautiful and very swank. I appreciate Jennifer's approach to customer service at this property. In AC there are so many properties to choose from so the way to set Ceasars apart is to hire great employees.

I usually stay at harrahs when I go to Atlantic City, but this time we chose to stay at Caesars because of the food and wine festival and the location down at the boardwalk. The hotel was very nice as were the restaurants and the venues for the wine and food Festival. Service was good, the employees were all friendly, and the casino staff was available when needed.

On September 3, 2013 in an attempt to break up the driving time from Maryland to our home state my husband spent one night at Caesars Atlantic City. Having stayed at several of the other hotels on the boardwalk, we were pleasantly surprised and happy with our choice. The room was immaculate, tastefully furnished and totally modern. We loved the bathroom with its roman shower and the hidden tv which was located within the bathroom mirror. An added plus was the hotel's location which offered direct access to the pier shops and restaurants. We loved our stay at Caesars and hope to return there sometime in the future.

Room Tip: A room facing the ocean would be an added bonus.

Stayed one night solo, Sept 5, 2013 . Room was in the Centurion tower and awesome ! Front facing corner room , had windows facing Bally's and the beach ! Room was huge, spotless, and i did not hear a noise from the hallway or another room all night ! Wish I had that room for a longer stay !!
Check in was a breeze - nice clerk and room was ready when I arrived at 12 pm ! Casino was awesome, as usual. i love this casino -- all the best games and never have to look far for a cocktail server !
Met friends for dinner elsewhere, but we had breakfast in the Cafe Roma -maybe a bit overpriced, but the food was good and the wait service was awesome -- so, worth it in the long run.
One bad experience with the valet cashier trying to get my car back, that will be detailed in an Email to Caesars, this individual did not represent the Caesars attitude towards the customer at all, she was the exception to the rule that the rest of Caesars seems to follow..
Will definitely be back here again soon !

This hotel's public areas look quite splendid, except for the very ordinary looking front desk. I was too early for check-in and was told to come back in about 2 hours so I checked my suitcase and went on the Boardwalk. That was pleasant but I really wanted to lay down for a bit after travelling from NYC. When I finally got in my room, the bathroom was a disappointment. It was small, the grout in the shower needed a bleach scrub and the toilet seat was the cheapest I have ever seen in a hotel. However, the towels were nice and thick. The wooden dresser was quite battered looking and several of the drawers were hard to open. I was delighted to have a mini-fridge though. This room also had one of the biggest closets I've ever seen in a hotel. Overall, the rooms need renovation.

Green Features: If you stay a week, your bed linens will only be changed 2 times unless you call housekeeping and ask for them to be changed.
