It's really fantastic, something you couldn't imagine: the reconstruction is very realistic, nice place for a night of amusement.

This tower is the most desirable (and the most expensive) and though I've stayed here a couple of times I just realized that I had never written a review for it.

If you can get a room in this tower for the same price as the other -- do it! The lower floor (i.e. 7400) has basic rooms that are comparable to those in the Centurion Tower as far as size, features, amenities. Although there is no view on floor 7400, it is conveniently located near the spa so if you like to spend time there, you can't ask for a better location. The floors 7500 and above in this tower are beautiful suites with separate sleeping and living areas. And though the furnishings may seem a little dated, the extra space and gorgeous views are well worth it.

Another nice thing about this tower, even on a lower floor, is that the elevator feeds directly to the casino floor level 1 or the center of the rotunda on level 2 so you don't have to walk through a vast expanse (Centurion) or a crowded lobby (Temple) to get to the elevator banks.

Since we traveled on a holiday weekend, and it was busier than usual, I won't comment on things like slow service since that may just have been indicative of the holiday, but the buffet food was worse than usual and the staff was somewhat surly (especially the meat carver).

The spa was perfect as always.

This was my 2nd time in Atlantic City in a few months. This time I stayed at Caesars for New Years. My friends and I had a room in the new Centurion Tower and it was great. We had an Ocean View room and it was cool. The bathroom is ample and so was the flat screen tv. There's a casino and a Forums shop area. The buffet was WAY pricey- over $30USD. My friends and I opted to skip it and go to next door to the Resturant Roma which had reasonable food prices. There is also a small deli and pastry shop in the lobby but for close to $10 per slice of cake or a sandwich, we again opted to go elsewhere. So not too many food options after a late night.
All in all, if you've got the money- stay here. It's nice.

My husband and I received comps for a free room through our casino players card Total Reward program. We selected Caesar's as our hotel of choice due to its central location on the boardwalk and proximity to the Shops at the Pier and the outlet stores. I asked our reservation clerk, Laura, for an oceanview/oceanfront room if possible. We had a King bed room with exposure parallel to the boardwalk and ocean so it was a nice side full view. The room was nicely appointed, including a TV screen within the bathroom mirror. The temperature setting was quite comfortable and the bed and linens were very cozy. Check-in was very smooth and efficient and we had several options for a quick check out including doing it over the TV in the room. The room was very clean and quiet. I would have been very satisfied if I had paid for this same room for any other stay.

Room Tip: I always ask for ocean view or ocean front if available and away from vending machine and elevators.

My wife and I decided to do a roadtrip with the kids while visiting relatives in Philadelphia, so went to Caesar's Atlantic City after Christmas. I visit AC frequently, but this was our kids' first time. ( two daughters ages 9 & 7) Obviously, this was not a beach trip since it is December, but our expectations were to have a nice time shopping and eating and strolling ( weather permitting ) around the boardwalk and hotel. I am a Total Rewards member, but planned to gamble just a few hours in the morning of departure. I made the reservation at Caesar's because of its proximity to the shopping and ocean front views. I thought the $209 rate was a bit steep for essentially an offseason double room, but could not determine from the website if suites were available, which is our preference when traveling with the children. We arrived around 2pm and waited nearly 40 minutes to check in despite there being about a dozen people in line ahead of us. There were four clerks for the diamond club check in and two for regular guests. Of those two clerks, they would intermittently disappear or stop checking in guests to talk amongst themselves. There was no sense of urgency or welcome to the process. When we checked in, we asked about suites availability to give our children their own space but were told nothing was available. The clerk explained that the website does not show the suites unless they are available. While we signed in, we overheard the people checking in next to us being upgraded a room upon request. Our room was in the Centurion tower and we had a cityscape view. It was a nice size, clean and comfortable, but located in some corner lock-out area behind a heavy hall door that led to the room door. It happened to be raining throughout the day and evening, so we did not go outside of the casino/hotel the first day and night. The hotel does not have a game room and the pool was not open, so two strikes against the kids having fun outside of watching movies and playing games in the room. We had lunch in one of the restaurants in the Pier area ( Continental) and dinner at the Morton's steakhouse. Morton's does not have a kids menu, but you can order off the bar menu for them to keep the overall meal cost reasonable. We learned the next morning that the breakfast buffet is not open during the week, so that dinged our breakfast plans. We departed late morning the next day and while we have no complaints about the actual room, I don't think I would return to Caesar's with OR without the wife and kids. The confluence of odd little missteps ( no shower caps, room service order without enough utensils, odd staff interactions ) suggests that not only is there a lack of business savvy to offer family friendly amenities during a holiday week, but an indifference to the kind of experiences they would want their guests to have away from the tables and slots.

We booked thru expedia so maybe we got the cheap room. Our room overlooked the hotel lobby, we were only there for 1 night so we didn't make a big deal about it. That was our first mistake!! At 2:30am the music from the lobby was so loud that it made it impossible to sleep. We called the front desk and didn't get any help, so we called security. Security came to our room and couldn't believe how loud the music was that was being piped in the lobby. My husband had to then go to the front desk and ask for a new room. The person who was working at the front desk said that the hotel was booked and that there were no more rooms available.

Finally after my husband insisted that he better find us another room at a differrent hotel a room miraculously became available. So there we are on our 1 night getaway changing rooms at 3:00 in the morning!

The next morning we went down to ask for a refund for our wonderful night and the person at the front desk told us that since we booked thru Expedia that we would have to take it up with them. Again making their problem our problem. We asked to speak to the hotel manager and he said that he would take care of our refund and that we should see a credit within a week.

Don't stay in room 512!!!!!! Unless you only plan on using the room to shower!!

The lobby area is dirty and outdated. The room was clean, but dated as well as the hallways.. We went to the Tropicana for dinner at The Palm and the "Quarter" is really nice. I would most likely look into staying there if we decide to go back.

Overall.....customer service is seriously lacking!!!! I decided to be nice and not mention any workers by name.

Room Tip: Do not stay in room 512!!!!!!

We got a good deal on the room but did not get the ocean view that was advertised. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The shower was great and the bathroom mirror had a TV built into it. Which was very cool but you couldn't see it from the shower or the toilet - so what's the purpose? The hotel itself is very nice and there are many photo opportunities in the lobby and around the hotel. The staff seemed mostly very nice. Until you complain then it's like, "What do you want us to do?"

The problem we had with the room was the fact that the walls are as thin as a sheet of paper. We stayed two nights and the first night was amazing. The second night we had someone in the room next to ours and we could hear every word they said like they were in OUR room. They were noisy at times and around 3AM I called and complained. Yes, they sent someone to their room and told them to keep the noise down, but even with them talking at a normal level we could still hear them. After complaining a couple more times I gave up. I stay at a lot of hotels and have NEVER heard anyone in the rooms next to us like this.

The hotel has many places to eat. We tried a couple of them. 1st was an over-priced Asian restaurant. The food was pretty bad (in my opinion) and the staff was kind of rude. Food advertised at the entrance isn't available in the restaurant. Bad Food, Bad Service and Bad Price.

Next we did the $32 buffet. Horrible selection. Skip this place and go to Golden Corral instead - you'll be glad you did. We have been to many casino buffets and this was by far the worst. No crab legs (and yes there is a picture outside advertising the buffet that shows crab legs!) The food was good, but the selection was pathetic.

We couldn't wait to get out of town after our experience in this hotel.

Room Tip: If you want a good nights sleep you may need to rent the room next door as well - Noisy!
