“Great breakfast! Funky decor”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2013

Stopped in for breakfast on a Wednesday morning and had delicious eggs, home fries, and bacon, just like home. Staff was friendly and professional. Afterwards we tried to name all the countries represented by the flags. What's up with the wallpaper?? If I ever intended to visit this godforsaken place again, I would eat here.

“This Place Rocks!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013

This has got to be the best place on the boardwalk to relax and have a meal with a few drinks! The food is excellent. My wife usually orders a Greek dish. This weekend she had a gyro (pronounced year-oh) and loved it. I got the cheese steak, which was delicious. You can sit at a table or at the counter. Alcohol is available and you never feel rushed. There is no place like this. The walls are covered with dollar bills, given by previous customers and covered with personal messages. Ours was posted in 2001. Visit twice and say hi to Vasile (Bill) and he'll treat you like family! A great place to relax, or eat when on the run. Bill's rocks!

“NEVER,NEVER eat in this dump”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

Dirty, dingy, cramped, smelly and water falling from the ceiling. Was looking forward to having breakfast here based on the reviews, what a mistake! The waiter was the nastiest man I have ever met. My wife asked if the coffee was fresh and he said in a nasty tone, 'I'm not going to answer that!. We both thought he was joking around, so we asked again, and again he answered with a growl , 'I'M NOT GOING TO ANSWER THAT!. What the heck was his problem? Needless to say we walked out and found a nice place a few doors down. If I'm not mistaken I believe he was the owner. What a nut job!

“Best Boardwalk Food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

Bill's is not fancy or pretentious. It is simple, downhome food prepared VERY WELL. The breakfast selections are numerous, along with a huge variety of sandwiches and platters. The prices are cheap considering that every sandwich is piled high with its meats and toppings. I had a divine gyro for breakfast, while my mom opted for 2 scrambled eggs with sausage. Yep, a gyro for breakfast! Bill's has the incredible attraction of being open 24x7 with the full menu available! Mom's breakfast platter was enough to feed 2 people - the truly home-made hash browns were full of onion & minced green pepper. Very tasty indeed. Her sausage was really good too & she got 3 good sized links.

This might be the best "no frills" but great food & great value in Atlantic City!

“Good food”

I just dropped by to have a drink and saw good review here. Had some mixed plate, it was good and cheap. The mozarella stick was good as well. Should try
